The manager did try to make things right by offering a 10% discount on our total order, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was pretty mediocre. The burgers were bland, and the tacos were incredibly dry. Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the curly fries--which tasted exactly like Arby's (ironic, considering this location used to be an Arby's). To top it off, the service was incredibly slow, and it took forever to get our food. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly, but the slow service and subpar food mean we probably won't be back.

The inside was very clean with a main ordering counter, self service counter for beverages and utensils, and a good amount of seating. I ordered the Bowl with Ground Beef and a variety of their toppings. When making the bowl, they did use a lot of rice and then were minimal on the toppings. I asked for a little bit more at times but they still rationed adding much more. The quality of ingredients in the bowl were good but wish it had more balance and pop of flavor. The staff member was very nice and gave me space as I ate.

My little brother and I were in the area, and he recommended this place since he had already tried…read moreit at another location. I decided to follow his lead, and we both ordered the tender slider meal with fries. We also paid extra for the cheese sauce for the fries. One thing I really like is that you can customize the spice level on the chicken tenders. That's especially nice for my wife because she's not a big fan of spicy food. While we waited for our food, I had a chance to check out the atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and they also offer outdoor seating. I really liked the graffiti-style artwork throughout the walls, which gave the place a fun and energetic vibe. The service was good, and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. Now, let's talk about the chicken tender--it was huge! It was actually bigger than the soft potato bun, which really impressed me. The tender was fully coated in their spice seasoning, giving it a nice red color. We ordered it hot, and I'm glad we did because the spice level was just right for us. The tender was drizzled with their signature sauce, which was creamy with a slight sweetness that helped balance out the heat. The slider also came with coleslaw and a pickle. Overall, the sandwich had great presentation, flavor, and texture. The crinkle-cut fries were pretty basic but had a light Cajun seasoning. The cheese sauce was creamy with a mild flavor that reminded me of nacho cheese. One thing I noticed is that the meal doesn't come with a beverage, which was a little surprising. Overall, I was really satisfied with the chicken slider. I'd definitely come back again, especially with my wife. The closest location to us is in the Schaumburg area, so I'm looking forward to bringing her along next time.

The not-chicken (cauliflower) is really good, especially at a hot spice level.
