I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

I needed a medical doctor to help me with my obesity, and overall health. She has been helping me with that and other issues. She even shared with me her own struggles with weight, which helped me to not be embarrassed about my situation. Dr. Lableu felt like a friend right away. She actually listened to my concerns and took ample time to ask me questions about my overall health. She loves what she does(that is the first thing I noticed), and is always upbeat. I love that about her. She has partnered with another qualified doctor (Dr. Kenneth), and well, you feel the warmth and kindness as soon as you enter their office. I have never had what I would call a pleasant time at a doctors office, but this place has got it going on! After one cursory visit we attempted a follow up visit, were confirmed by text twice, only to be told there was no record of our appointment when we arrived. Perpetual pout told us a third party vendor handeled the texts and they had no control but have a nice day and just go away. We have private party insurance and medicare which they accepted. This is the most appalling treatment I have ever had from a doctor's office. This doctor says he is accepting new patients but he needs to control his front desk if he expects return patients.
