First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

I love that about her. She has partnered with another qualified doctor (Dr. Kenneth), and well, you feel the warmth and kindness as soon as you enter their office. The office manager Cheryl was great and made scheduling an appointment a breeze. The office waiting area was great and even had a play area for my 4 year old son, and Dr. Phan was great and I felt really listened to my concerns. This is a general practice facility so your urine, blood sample, and physical can be done here. Dr. Garcia will make sure he is coherent in what your discomforts are and firmly advise you in what you need to do for whatever ails you and what medicines you need to be prescribed. I can tell you that they do take Blue Cross/Blue Shield but then again I haven't run into any place yet that doesn't take them. After your visit here you can either go down to the other end of the strip center to the pharmacy that is infested with screaming rug rats and miserable people or you can, of course, take your prescription to your favorite one. I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.
