When we first went into this establishment, I smiled and asked how she was doing; I was met with a stone face and zero reply. During our appointment we were told we went to the wrong location, which had never been communicated to either of us. We were also told it "wasn't her problem" when we said we can't answer the phone during our own work hours, as she was actually getting onto us about missing a call. When in fact, today was my boyfriend's FIFTH time having to go there because they wouldn't answer his calls. We had BOTH individually tried to call this place but BOTH of our calls went unanswered and zero call back. Also during our first appointment at this place, my boyfriend was prescribed an antibiotic which we were supposed to pick up from our pharmacy. It never got called in for him, which is the reason he had to go to this place multiple times to ask them to send it in for him. I ended up selecting Dr. Meghan Hunter after researching the credentials of doctors in the area. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They remember details about me and my family when we visit. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

I would advise you to stay away from this place. I visited the clinic for a PCR COVID test for my elderly mother which was needed for her travel. I paid $155 for an expedited test, for which results were GUARANTEED in a twelve hour period. This was very important, because the Airline required that the test results be sent out 36 hours before the flight. The next day, when I didn't get the results in time, I contacted the clinic so they would send the results. They ended up sending them almost 24 hours after the test, at which point the Airline did not accept them. Since all flights were full, I ended up having to buy a brand new ticket, and would need a new test. I contacted the clinic again, politely asking them to either refund me or make the new test free because their inability to deliver the results in the agreed upon time caused my mother to miss her flight. At first they were friendly and said they would look into it. They gave me an appointment so we could have the test done again. After I didn't hear from them, I followed up and called again. At this point they informed me that they would not only not refund me, but would charge me for the second appointment. When I expressed that I didn't think that was the right thing to do, they hung up on me. Overall, terrible experience. Zero accountability and terrible service. Visit them at your own risk.

I have been let down and treated terribly by this office and the risk management office that my feedback was referred to also. I have attempted for months to advocate for myself, and family. When attempting to advocate to a group that neglects to hold themselves accountable and to their directors who enable such things while also neglecting to validate serious matters, one becomes completely distressed. The evasiveness of integrity has obstructed my efforts to speak up about the lack of adherence to principled standards of care and professionalism. it is wrong for any office that claims to care and prioritize trust to sever trust with such a lack of care and accountability. Since their office managers neglected to take responsibility and proper actions and referred me to an email for James Banfield with incorrect spelling, which had I not caught the error could have led me nowhere. Unfortunately when my feedback was received by their risk management director it was further dismissed and invalidated in such a compassion and respect lacking way that demonstrates such a lack of care and trustworthiness. I have asked to be in communication with the board of directors to address all of my valid complaints and was Told that my baseless allegations deserve no care shown and no actions of accountability for the sake of any resolve.
