Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. I went back again and told her I had same problem, she changed prescription. I went back again and she did a swab and said I had infection but didn't need antibiotics. I went back again but saw a different doctor who referred me to ENT. Well, it turned out I had throat cancer. I wish Dr. Tran would've listened to me and referred me to ENT earlier I could've caught the cancer sooner. It is now December and I could've caught it in July.
