I'd love to respond to this piece by piece, but Yelp has a text limit for updates so I can only post my response and am not able to parse it out. I posted photos but expect that they will be taken down. My general response is that It seems that despite the email exchanges we had you BELIEVE I never contacted you. That's just not factual. Neither is your claim that you: "...can confidently say we perform inspection and repairs above and beyond any other dealers do. Believe us...we've purchased many Campers from dealers that were advertised as "ready to go" that required thousands of dollars of repairs. In other words, we far exceed the requirements for Certified status, but here are the minimum requirements." This was exactly my experience: buying something that was supposed to be "ready to go" but instead had me stopping to do repairs or find a mechanic every week. I know plenty of people in industries who get the most obnoxious and outrageous Yelp reviews for things the business owner has no control over. That's why I rarely use this platform. I came to it in this case because you left me no recourse and I felt that if I could help even one person to avoid this situation it would be worth it. You've shown your true colors with the language you use in your response and your never ending sarcasm. If you want to respond to me you have my email. You could have done that when the first review came in. All I ever wanted was a response back in October/November when things went wrong and perhaps an explanation if not an apology.

I recently got a 2003 Eurovan weekender. It came out incredibly well. New paint, new canvas, new this, new that. They cleaned it up and so far runs great. Really appreciate the fine work they did during Covid. Well worth the wait. The experience of sitting in the back of one of these or sleeping in one at the beach or even my driveway is awesome.

Broken promises, low-grade workmanship, and finally not fulfilling their warranty. I wouldn't go back even with low expectations.

Help! Can anyone reveal where a replacement roof can be found? Is there any chance of a replacement for my 1995 Eurovan Harriet?

Hi, I'm assuming you're referring to the pop top. Since they're no longer made, we designed our own direct replacement. It's on our website under Accessories. poptopheaven.com Hope this helps :)

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!

We were looking for an indoor storage facility that we could trust with such a valuable purchase to keep it safe and out of the elements but also be taken care of like we would ourselves. Not only is Jose knowledgable and very kind, this entire experience we have had from day 1 has been nothing short of incredible. Jose and Michael have been right there whenever we arrive, ready to go, and ready to help in any way possible. We have had additional challenges that are completely out of the realm of storing an RV and they both have been right there to help as if they were part of our family. In a world where kindness and going above and beyond seems like its almost non existence you can tell that this is just their way of doing things. Not only is it refreshing, it releases so much stress on us and has been a huge blessing. I could go on about how great they are. If you are thinking about giving Premier Indoor Boat and RV Storage your business, don't walk, run. They are incredible!

Let's start out by saying I've been a long time customer. Since 2019. Storing my 36 ft class A. I…read morehave used their indoor and outdoor services. Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
