You want us to eat a late dinner and have drinks at this cool looking bar, but in actuality we sit where patrons eat their continental breakfast and are served by someone who has all but said "why are you here?" What?? So... my husband and I said no thank you and went to Cowboy Town which is a very short drive away. Please go there instead. Great food and drinks with a super cool small town vibe, live music, and barrel racing most weekends. Maybe when the weather is warm and the pool is open, The View would be a cool establishment. But it needs to be seasonal only and absolutely closed the remainder of the year. Bless it. I do believe the reviews you see are mostly BS. Please pay very close attention to the details of them.
