    Labubu

Showed out-of-town guests Pop Mart at Stonestown -- so much fun! Loved checking out the Labubu and Crybaby figures, and the Labubu blind boxes are a blast. Even while grocery shopping, I sometimes pop in just to feel like a kid again. I even have a Labubu and a Crybaby at home, which makes browsing the store extra fun. Will this craze fizzle out like Ty Beanie Babies... or become a timeless classic like Hello Kitty?

I saw my friend at the Stonestown farmers market this morning. And as usual she's got her Labubu keychain strung on her bag. She said more inventory came in and she bought a couple more yesterday. Should I or shouldn't I take a chance? I popped in around 1pm today. And sure enough there were some. I'm now in the creepy cute club. I bought two. What's the attraction? The two I purchased were blind meaning it's potluck. It's one of many pictured on the box with alpha against each one.. I got "Quiet" and "Love". Receipts are stamped final sale.

This Pop Mart is located inside Stonestown Galleria, right by SF State University. Very busy the day we went but they had a good amount of stuff, including Coca Cola labubus you could buy at the check out counter. I thought this was cool, since labubus aren't purchasable in store anymore and can only buy online or for pickup. I think maybe it's because the Coca Cola ones have been discontinued since the collab w/ PopMart & Coca Cola ended and stopped production + just getting rid of all stock. Anywho, we ended up grabbing two of them, along with other blind box goodies. Line for check out was kind of long but only one person was working the front this day.

I've always wanted to check out a Pop Mart store to see what the hype was all about. My SIL took me to this location as they opened one here in SF & San Jose. She's gotten some latest-crazed dolls here as you can order online & pick up. Lots of "Blind Box" selections, accessories, 400% dolls & other figurines, stuffed toys that are part of the fandom. Some sets are also available if you don't want to risk a single blind box pick. Parking is easy as it's in the mall. I noticed other kiosk & store vendors also selling Labubus on the side.

I've always walked past this store whenever I'm at the mall, and honestly, I never really understood the hype. I finally stopped in today to help make a purchase, and I will say the store does a great job managing its space. The line to purchase is woven neatly inside, so it doesn't disrupt neighboring stores or block the flow of people walking by. Staff were everywhere, guiding us through the process and offering tips to make things go smoothly. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. I also feel that many of the poor reviews probably reflect a misunderstanding of the merchandise itself, because from what I saw, the way the store is run and managed is excellent. That said... I still don't quite get why these items are so expensive or what makes them so wildly popular.

On 10/17/2025, they had so many Labubu figures in stock. I was able to grab the first Labubu easily right at the cashier. They also have lots of other character figures -- all super cute! The staff here are very nice and friendly. It's located right near the main entrance, so you can't miss it!

I've come here multiple times, first off they stopped selling labubus in store. There is often a line out the door for this store. They get new items every couple of weeks I believe. Parking in the lot is extremely tight, the spaces are tiny and sometimes on weekends its very hard to find. Items on average are about $20-30 per item. I like going so I can see the assortment in store and have a better view before buying. Overall great place to buy stuff that aren't in heavy demand.

This was the 6 pack available

When in doubt, check it out! I heard rumors about Popmart stores carrying labubu's and it's true. For you labubu lovers, they sure did have them available but limited one person per box, either individual boxes or the whole box containing 6. Of course if funds are no issue, get the 6 pack, whomever complained about a 6 pack of anything! They had 2 available at the counter, one coke and can't remember the other but those were 45 each. Yikes, beanie babies all over again!

There is an obsession about everything pop in society . Whether it is pop music , pop-ups or being popular we are part of a cult called " Pop Culture ". There is a sub pop cult which are flocking the Stonestown Mall in San Francisco for the newest popular item at the " PopMart". This store has been around for a while but people are treating like it's a pop-up recently and has been frequently visited for the Labubu. The Labubu has been around for years in SF. Seems there are people looking for the next or rarest Labubu to pop-up so people are popping in at PopMart. This craze has even created the Labubu economy which is the currency of the day. I see people treat Labubu as an accessory fantasy new pet toy. I see Labubu photo and video bombing everything all online. To each their own and it's good to see people excited about an in the flesh fantasy character than a digital fantasy character. Welcome to the Pop life courtesy of PopMart. Labubu at Pop Mart are flying off the shelf some for the fun of it and some are trying to cash in the Labubu economy for a promise of wealth Some trends you can't control oneself this time over a monster elf it's all good as long as you know yourself

Look at the cheap materials used for the coat

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I paid over $55 for a Skullpanda figurine. For a collectible in this price range, the materials used is unacceptable, it cheaply made (see photo for reference).

Customer service is ok...store is organized and clean with a variety of selection. But beware of their return and no refund policy. And store is a bit smaller than other locations so it gets a bit crowded.

Who doesn't love stuff you can put on your desk or gift for Xmas? I'm a fan of PopMart and their expensive toys. You're looking at $17 per random small toy, so if you have a strong preference, just pay more money on eBay. Cool store and a great addition to this dying mall.

Pop Mart is constantly rotating their stock out, and their boxes on the display shelves are always fully stocked with product. When opened sets on display are running low, employees will fill the display up with unopened boxes from cabinets from the storage underneath the shelves, so there is a chance that there are dupes in the current display! They have tons of best sellers and new releases in stock, so if you're hunting for a specific character or set, check often!

At least I got the figures I wanted. Lucky :)

I started coming again now that I got into model kit building and painting and I have a totally new appreciation for this place. Due to the small size of the store, the selection is not comprehensive, but I always find very cool things every time I come in. I usually shop for gunpla, military model kits, game miniatures, and hobby supplies like paints and glues. I'm fine with paying a bit more to support a local store, but I'm always pleasantly shocked that prices here are either roughly the same as online or cheaper! I don't keep up with anime figure prices anymore so I can't tell you if the prices on those are as competitive. I can only vouch for the model kits/miniatures/supplies. The biggest downside is the place is super cramped, but in a way it's also somewhat of a plus because I can look around at the various stacked boxes and find lots of treasures. Plus the person behind the counter (think he's the owner?) is very nice and patient.

The store offers a variety of collectible/fun items at competitive and relatively low prices. They have a rotating and wide selection of figures from various franchises that other stores in the Japantown mall might not have, even the Kinokuniya. During my last visit (12/17/2025) in particular I remember they had a huge selection of Spy Family figures and many of the Project Sekai Sega Prize figures but they also carry other merch from many other franchises like JJBA, Love Live, and MHA. The store limits its capacity to six customers at a time but that's only because they have so much items in the store! The employees are very nice and help get the items you want quickly, every item I've purchased from here has been unopened and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this store

Want to make it really fun? Be an uncle who lives in far-off San Francisco. By this I mean, the time you actually get to spend together is very special, because it is a rare treat. I have two nieces, currently both a little younger than 4 and 2, respectively. I wanted to get them something special and San Francisco-related for my last visit. I recommend Fiddlesticks to the clueless uncles of the world. My primary feedback about this store is about its service. The gentleman who helped me on my two visits could not have been nicer or more helpful. He has a background in education, and walked me through how toys and games relate to development. Left to my own devices, I would have missed the mark on a few items - so the help was very valuable. Instead, he walked around giving me a bunch of good options. And, the girls loved their gifts. They have a great selection of toys and games, definitely for the younger crowd. I would think that 7 or 8 would be about the high end for age - I may be wrong about that.
