Checked out Pop Café a couple weeks ago. And I have to say they have the most amazing pizza!! Like hands-down some of the best pizza I've ever had. I was completely blown away! We got the margarita pizza, it had the most amazing sourdough crust like my absolute favorite type of pizza crust ever! It was just so perfectly done and something I was not expecting from a café. And will be the prime reason I go back there for sure! I got their banana Matcha and it was fantastic! My friend got the strawberry Matcha and she loved it! My friend also got the Matcha cheesecake and she said it was amazing. We also got some of the cookies for our friends and they were also really really good! They are incredibly busy, so finding somewhere to sit can be a little difficult at times. A lot of students go there to study and do homework. The ambience is very simple and a lot of dim colorful lighting. A lot of booths and tables and then area hallways with some lounge chairs and some smaller tables with chairs. The staff were all super nice! It is hard to hear when they call your order number for food because it does get pretty busy so if you're not near the pick up area you can miss them calling your order. They do give you a number and they bring you your drinks. Parking gets a little confusing there, a lot of the other businesses have signs that certain parking spots are only for those businesses and they tow, so it does make it more difficult sometimes to find parking. It is a pretty busy shopping center, especially given the area. So be mindful just like any of the other shopping centers in Chinatown about parking it might be very busy and you might have to wait a bit to find a spot, but it really just depends on the day. From what I understand from a recent social media post Pop Cafe made, they do have certain parking spots from one of the businesses that you can use after a certain hour (I would check check their social media for details) And then there is more parking towards the back. I definitely will be back to Pop Café soon! I'm really glad they exist!! I really like the fact that they're open pretty late and one of the only cafes open pretty late in Chinatown, most of them close at the latest midnight. I know they've been testing different hours the last couple months and recently change their hours till 3 AM which I think is super awesome especially for students or people that are in Chinatown area that want somewhere to just hang out with friends that isn't a crazy party place and doesn't have alcohol and is just coffee, matcha, pizza, and desserts. This is definitely something that we've needed here in Vegas, especially in Chinatown area! It's a pretty central location, easily accessible, not too far from the freeway or the strip. The only thing I wish is that they had more seating, but completely understandable that they did the best with the space that they have. So I've been here a few times and I wanted to give a good bit of time for the business to grow before I updated my review. Now let's see what's changed: Ambiance: The main area is filled with seating, booths and long tables alike. To my understanding, the booths are meant for minimum parties of 2 and the long tables are good for big parties or essentially shared seating. The tables along the outer walls are more for singles and maximum parties of 2. While I understand it, as someone who likes decent lighting to get things done it's a bit of a downside as the tables for singles have basic mood lighting a small lamp for the table. Cute for dates but not the best if you need to read. Service: The service was good. I waited a little for my order to be taken at the counter but once it was my drink came out fast and my pizza didn't take too much time. Food: I ordered a matcha latte extra sweet, a prosciutto kumo pizza and a cup of water. To be honest, it's the first time I've been charged for a cup of water in a while for I felt that I should include it to be transparent. The matcha latte was decent. I ordered it extra sweet but it didn't taste any different than the other times I've ordered so maybe I should be ordering extra extra sweet. The pizza was definitely the star as it should be. Vibes are great, drinks are not. We finally stopped by Pop Cafe on a free Saturday morning. I don't think social media captures how big this place is, which is something we were pleased with. They have great seating options for larger groups and for people who need bright light to work, as well as more private settings for smaller and less stimulating sit downs. We ended up having to sit in the darker area first since there was no more booth seating in the main area and eventually moved to a brighter booth -- I'm really curious about what this place used to be as it's such a unique layout. Moving onto the menu, pizza was tasty. It was a perfect share between two people for a light lunch. The drinks though, pretty awful in my opinion. I got the matcha strawberry and my bf got the hojicha banana. First sip of either drink, I had an immediate reaction as if tasting something sour. The fruit flavors were so tart, mixed in with strong earthy flavors, while also being mellowed out by milk, making for drink flavors that fought each other. Just terrible. We had to stop by somewhere else immediately after to wash out the flavor and memory of the drink. Wi-fi was also slow unless on a limited 2.5 hour lightning speed network, which we overheard an employee telling a customer was unable to be refreshed even with an additional purchase. I had to go and check this place out. This is my first time here. This is a great place for late night snack snacks especially the personal pizzas that they serve. They're open till 3 AM every day. It's hidden in the back behind a Korean barbecue all you can eat place. It's a small place lots of tables to sit down and eat or you can get your pizza to go like I did. I ordered mine online ahead of time and picked it up. It was ready when I got there hot and fresh. As you can see from the pictures, it's a little deceiving, but the pizzas are bigger than they seem. Pizzas are very cooked very well and very tasty. I got the prosciutto and the meat lovers. Both were excellent choices. I will be back to try more and maybe even a coffee next time. I was just visiting Vegas but my bro recommended this spot since they're open late. I thought what kind of cafe wants to be open this late? First time my friends and I came around 10-11pm. Woooow! This is officially my new favorite study spot, and they're open late!! Pop Cafe's got fiber WiFi! I love being able to play lectures and YouTube videos without any lag or buffering, especially since so many cafes in Vegas have unstable internet. Studying at home has usually been more convenient, but this place is now a top contender. I ordered the regular latte and was pleasantly surprised that they let me get oat milk without charging extra. The latte was also delicious! They're definitely catering to the lactose-intolerant crowd, and I appreciate that. Pop Cafe is super spacious, and the overall aesthetic feels classy and thoughtfully designed. The booth seating is comfy, with an outlet conveniently placed right at the end of the table. The space is well-ventilated and nicely air-conditioned, and with my noise-canceling headphones on, focusing was no problem at all. The sauce was well balanced, not too sour or salty. We added the hot honey drizzle, and that was the best 50 cents we've spent! Premium matcha drinks with fruit syrups made in-house from real fruit. My strawberry matcha was fantastic and deserving of five stars. The ceremonial-grade, first-harvest matcha was creamy and smooth, and the strawberry purée added a delicate, natural sweetness. Unfortunately the drink was packed with so much ice that I couldn't even fit a skinny straw in to mix it. Their menu notes that ice levels cannot be adjusted, so clearly this is something other guests have had an issue with. If your drink doesn't require mixing, it's fine, but mine was impossible to stir. I had planned to just grab my drink because I was running errands but when I got into my car I had to put a few ice cubes in my mouth to make room just to stir it. I've never received a drink with this much ice anywhere else, and I really hope they reconsider this silly policy because once mixed, the drink is superb. I got the premium Uji matcha latte and regular hojicha latte. Since they're still in soft opening phase, the matcha latte had some clumps on the bottom but the matcha still tasted high quality. I didn't get any sweetener since they don't have simple syrup as an option. The hojicha latte was pretty smooth and roasty which I liked. My friend sent me an IG reel of this spot for a cool, casual cafe to study at. It is quite spacious and has a cool aesthetic. Tons of seating all around. The main area is brightly lit while surrounding seating area has a cool darker, blue lighting for 2-top tables. The vibe and seating does make it a good spot if you want to sit and study, however, the music inside is a bit too loud that it can even play through headphones unless you blast the volume. There's a walkup counter to order your drinks and they have pizza with a few unique bakery goods. Then you pick up your order at the other end of the counter. They also have free wifi. Not a bad spot for studying but just the music is overly loud. The drinks we got were the strawberry matcha and strawberry yuzu-ade both had very light strawberry flavors.
