Called an order in for grilled shrimp last week, picked it up and everything was fine. Then today,…read moreI call the SAME EXACT order in, wait minutes in the drive though- Never got through it, so I went inside and waited another 8 minutes. Okay, FINE! FINALLY get to the counter and tell them I'm ready to pick the order up, guy takes his time getting to the back and then he finally makes it back to me to say "we can't make this. But can do popcorn shrimp. We've never done this"! 1st off, that's a d*mn lie, because yall done it last week. 2nd of all, if you don't have the intelligence or WANT TOO, to do it again, then why couldn't someone call me 45 effing minutes ago and let me know you didn't WANT TOO, before I waisted my ENTIRE lunch break on it? Why do you get peoples numbers if don't have the common decency to call and let them know that for WHATEVER REASON, you decided today is going to be the day to not do what is asked, thay HAS been done? Why is it so hard to throw shrimp on a grill? Please, make any of this make sense!!!! I'm done and woukd rather drive to Hochatown to get my food, before I let yall waisted my time again!!! A simple phone call would have helped the entire thing. Even though its absolutely ridiculous to not do something you've done and that would be easier than frying. Atleast I would of have time to call something in somewhere else OR simply find something else to eat there. I stayed away for a long time because of the ridiculousness of yall last time I was here. Thinking it may be different stay, I figured I'd give it a 2nd chance. But I was wrong! Thanks David Beards. I appreciate all my time you've waisted and the fact the you can't do something a week later that you've done before (and is super easy).

I went here the first time on a Friday night when the place was busy because of a concert on Friday…read morenight. I ended up coming here to eat and since I had $25 dollars worth of food comps I decided to use them here. I was expecting the meal to be overpriced, but it was not. I ended up ordering the Wagyu Burger which ones with an appetizer (bruschetta) and fries and a side for $26 dollars. Then, you get bread on that. I ended up eating almost the entire though even though it was just me eating. Both the burger and the food was pretty good and good recommendation from my waiter. I ended up liking the Chop House, I ended up coming back here the next day as this time I wanted to try the Ribeye steak for $47 dollars. This time I got the calamari and mashed potatoes on the side. The steak was okay, not as good as the one at Winstar as parts of it ended up being a little dry. My meat ended up being raw when I cut opened and had my steak cooked a little bit more. The calamari was alright, I wished I ordered something else though. Mashed potatoes were good. I ended up getting dessert, but to go which was the creme brulee cake. Overall, service was great and I enjoyed it.

My wife's steak was cooked correctly for a medium but was a little tough. My salmon was cooked right and seasoned well but was lukewarm. We expected better for the price. Service was very good. Ambiance was a little lacking. They have glass panels up to block most of the noise from the slot machines but being next to the casino allowed too much cigarette smoke in the restaurant seating area. Probably will not be back.

The quality of the food is amazing. YOU HAVE GOT YO TRY THEIR OGB!!!! It will BLOW your mind' and it's the best $3 you will ever spend in your life! Food portion is HUGE! And everything was excellent. Service is top notch! Britney, you are such an angel. And everyone is are just soooo happy and attentive. There are simply not enough words to describe the amazing experience my mother and I had on our latest visit. Charlie was our waiter and I believe he's part of the family that took over. Absolutely amazing service. Request him if you see him. We started out with the Bruschetta and the Saracco Moscato, and while it's $32 by the bottle, it is truly such a beautiful and amazing wine. The bruschetta was made to perfection. Fresh, delicious, and crunchy in all of the right areas. Onto the star of the show, the pizza. I don't have a picture of my mother's pizza, but she got the Philly cheese steak pizza. We can only describe the pizza that we had as the best we have ever had in our lives. Yes, both of us. For mine, everything was just perfect. Being able to taste the freshness and the love and care that was put into the food was refreshing. If you have never came here or were disgruntled by the performance of the previous owners, stop on by. It is a must! To the family who now owns this particular Roma, never let it go and never stop being nothing short of excellent.
