He came out to our house to provide a free estimate without having to charge (camera & consultation included). All the other plumbers that I talked to just wanted to charge straight off the bat for camera-ing the line or for even coming by. His pricing is reasonable for the amount of effort and time he puts in. Services that were provided to us are listed below. -Camera inspection -Unclogging the main line -Locating our buried cleanout -Installing an additional cleanout for hydro-jetting (required hand digging it almost 3.5 feet deep, just him and his partner) -Hydro-jetting our main line He has spent countless hours and tools trying to clean out our line but sadly our pipes were too far gone (which we had suspected beforehand but it was worth a chance). I am impressed by the effort and professionalism that was shown in regards to communication, scheduling, and performing the work. Would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

I couldn't even figure out how to stop the water from coming out and within minutes water was pouring down the stairs and leaking into the floors below the kitchen. After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!

I spoke with Ana and explained my plumbing issue, then emailed her a photo of the problem area. She quickly identified that it involved replacing my PRV, isolation valve, and irrigation valve. Whitley arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. It was fun chatting football with him -- he comes from an impressive football family! His dad, Vili, was the University of Hawai'i football team's official Warrior mascot during the Colt Brennan era. Highly recommend this company for their fair pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch workmanship.

After months of "I'll fix that handle Mom" I decided to just call a professional and get it done…read moreright. It started six month ago. I know my son is a businessman and not a plumber but geez, how hard can it be to replace the handle on a toilet? Okay mom, just get the part and I'll take care of it.....parts ordered, just in case I ordered two sets of the required parts from Amazon, told my son when they arrived, then waited....and waited....and waited. Finally the day arrived when the handle died and my son didn't have much choice but to repair it. As I said, he's not a plumber but he was so proud that he "fixed" it....the handle was backwards but yep it worked. Several parts of the assembly apparently weren't needed he said as I eyed those leftovers suspiciously. After a few days the handle became more difficult to turn for flushing and as I remembered those missing parts the handle it stopped turning completely. My son finally relented and told me to call a pro I almost started singing the Hallelujah chorus! Ok so yesterday I opened the trusted Yelp app and entered Plumbers. After answering a few questions as to what type (Toto) problem (flush handle broken) where (Aiea) contact (phone) my inquiry was sent. Boom I started receiving responses from companies giving estimates and times available. I chose Ronnie's estimate at $150 and appt time for 3:00 same day. So at 2:20 yesterday afternoon Ronnie calls to advise he finished his previous job early and would it be okay to come now? Sure it was, better early than when everyone comes home and he's blocking the access to the house. In comes Ronnie, nice guy not shy of my two pooches, to assess my toilet issues. First thing he says "oh, you didn't mention it is a Toto Bidet so my estimate was low....can 'we' up that to $200?" My response to that "NO, there's nothing wrong with the bidet just the flush handle". I opened the closet and handed him the second set of replacement parts I previously ordered and told him "and you don't even your own need parts". Damn I'm good! Twenty minutes later he called out to me to come and "try flush".....success. Wrote out a check for the original $150 plus tax and off he went. Guess all those parts work better together because there were no leftover pieces....he even took the empty boxes.

Faced with such a stressful and inconvenient situation, we called (as we have done in the past) Rayo Plumbing. Brandon was punctual and arrived at 9:00am. We again shared our problem with our sink and that the water didn't drain, and he got right work diagnosing the problem and set to work on resolution. He "snaked" the drain, was able to remove any "problem" which led to the clog, and restored the faucet and sink t working order. He was also able to resolve a leaky faucet in our secondary bathroom.
