I wish I could give zero stars. Poop 911 has terrible communication. They were scheduled to clean my backyard on a Monday. At 2:05 PM, I received a text saying my technician was on the way. I wasn't home at that moment but was set to arrive within 30 minutes. When I got home, there was no vehicle outside, so I assumed they hadn't arrived yet. An hour later, at 3:00 PM, I received an email with a receipt--despite being told I wouldn't be charged until after service was completed. I went outside to check, and it was clear no one had been there--or if someone had, they did a terrible job. It looked exactly the same, as if no effort was made. I called their 1-800 number for clarification, but the woman I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I decided to wait until the end of the day, but no one showed up or contacted me. The next morning (Tuesday), I called again to follow up. I didn't get an answer right away, but Jeff returned my call about an hour later. I couldn't answer at the time, but his voicemail said the service had been rescheduled because they didn't get a confirmation from me that the dogs were inside. This was frustrating, as I had made it clear from the beginning that I wanted better communication. I never approved a reschedule, and aside from the one text saying the technician was on their way, I received no further updates--no calls or messages asking if it was safe to enter the backyard. Because of the poor communication and terrible customer service, I decided to cancel my service altogether. Jeff said he would process the cancellation and call me once it was complete. If anyone knows of a more reliable pet waste removal service, please let me--and others who may have had similar issues--know. I'd love to support a company that actually shows up and communicates properly. read more

This place is plain rude. We were the first people on their list for that day and then they canceled because of weather. But then later they said that someone else booked something for that time so could not tent to us and had to go to them but. I forgot the other one but there was another excuse but my guess is that the company and their staff are just lazy. The people who come out to clean actually do a great job! We have been using them for about 2 years now and love it! We have moved twice and they have always followed us which is a huge plus. My only complaint is it does take a while for them to get to us during winter, which i understand inclement weather can slow things down. Just a bummer since we have 3 giant dogs! I was pretty skeptical looking at the newer reviews and afraid I was going to get a no show. My mom recommended Poop 911 to me as she has 4 dogs herself and my backyard was due for a clean up. I scheduled my first clean up online and the day of I had a gentleman call me giving me a heads up that the tech guy would be at my place between 2:30pm-3:30pm. Nick, friendly and professional guy showed up at 2:45pm. He was very quick and efficient with the poop removal. Only took him about 10-15 minutes and my back yard looks so clean. He made sure to get every little drop of my dogs poop! (From both of my dogs) He texted me when he was done with the service and told me from now on he will text me 10 mins before each drop in to keep in touch! It started out ok. Then we switched to weekly. We were charged 3 different times when no one showed up to do the service. On the 4th time of them not showing up I terminated services. All I received was a "my apologies and we have terminated your service." Zero explanation or attempt to make the situation better. They are very difficult to get ahold of as well. They didn't even follow up to say why no one came. I was always chasing them down. No accountability. Definitely go elsewhere for this service!! read more
