Pet scoop was the best investment in our lawn care and lives. They are in and out and have fantastic customer service. We set up a gate code for them, timed out our mowing with the day after they service, and never think about picking up pet waste! If they ever miss anything just send them an email and they will correct it immediately. Not having a trash can or yard full of pet waste is worth it. PetScoop is an absolute godsend! We've been using their services for a couple of years now and we've never had one complaint. They are super friendly, easy to set up, and they are so sweet to our dogs when they're outside when they come! Plus they have the best winter weather policy. We live in CO and you never know when your yard will be covered in snow, and if that happens they will reschedule or just skip that week and prorate you for the next week. I made a deal with my husband, I told him I would stop getting my nails done at the salon and instead would pay for PetScoop, hands down the best deal I've ever made! Still worth it to this day, such an easy trade off! We lost our 12 & 1/2 year old lab last December and Nancy was so sweet and even sent us a sympathy card. We got a new puppy mid January and she didn't charge us until February since we were working on potty training! I sent Nancy a picture of our new puppy and she sent it around the office. So sweet and she's the best!!! So understanding and great customer service. We're actually talking about upping our service to twice a week for the spring/summer since it is so worth it to have a cleaned up yard! Could not be more pleased with the level of service this company offers and wish I would've signed up with them a long time ago. I was doing dog boarding in my home so the number of dogs using my yard in a given week would vary and Pet Scoop was very reasonable and fair in determining what to charge for each week. Setting up service was super easy and they came out within a few days for first cleaning. I saw a staff member at one cleaning and she was great with the doggies I had in my yard and the lady who answers the phone was always so nice and helpful. Don't waste your time. They showed up after snowfall, wandered around the yard looking for waste under the snow and charged me $65 because they had to spend extra time looking through the snow. Absolute joke. They should have suspended service a week. Support couldn't care less and actually thinks I am being undercharged. They say they have a ReDoo guarantee on their webpage yet their Corporate Manager Beth didn't try to make things right at all and didn't care I was cancelling the service. You can't imagine how nice it is knowing that your dog's waste is being taken care of. I've had Pet Scoop taking care of doody for three years and have only needed them to come back out once - and they did so quickly and finished everything up with a smile. Every time I've needed to call (going out of town, dog in training, new dog as well as the loss of an older one) my calls have been answered quickly and by one of the nicest phone personalities I've ever talked with. And the one time I've needed to call to let them know of a loss, I received a personalized note of sympathy before the end of the week. All that and my dogs LOVE the lady who comes out to clean! I haven't read any of the less than complimentary reviews, but I truly believe they're one-offs. (Or two offs, or whatever.). I use the upcycling service, which is when they come by to pick up the poop that I have scooped and it is sent out to be composted instead of becoming landfill (I don't have a queasy stomach when it comes to my own dog). I have had pleasant communication with Pet Scoop as well as they have always been on time. I love so much about these guys - the price, the attention to detail, the little gifts that our guy leaves us each week. The only down side is - and i can't be sure this is them or my neighbour, Barry - someone is collecting enough of our dog's poop and is using it to create street art pictures of me and my wife on the sidewalk outside my house. The only reason I think it might be these guys is it started happening on the same day that I first tickled our guy without his consent, which lead to me getting a bloody nose. That said, also the same week I kissed Barry's wife under the mistletoe (March), so it could also be Barry doing the shit sketches on the sidewalk. Either way, solid poop catchment. read more

We've been using Petscoop now for a few months and I have to say compared to their competition (which we used-Poo Crew) they are top notch!!! I signed up online and received a call directly along with confirmation email on prices and service! Their first trip out was extraordinary as he didn't miss a spot which consisted of rocks, grass etc. They always arrive as scheduled & if cannot come for weather reasons make sure to notify you!! Absolutely love them as I dont need to worry about sending pictures of job not performed (as I had to do for other company). We've been with Pet Scoop Services for 5 months now and they're pretty good at what they do. So far the employee who visits our house is professional and is great with our dogs, and is sure to place the post-it to ensure we know he visited. Although they do a great job with cleaning the backyard most of the time, they're not 100%. Our guy has left waste behind (1 pile here and there) in obvious areas and following a walk through our grass recently, we've found old waste he missed. :-\ The Management is VERY quick to respond, VERY apologetic, and will always send their employee back out immediately to finish the job. But as a paying customer for a service, I wish they were more consistent and never had to return the same day. All n all, the service is convenient, helps keep our yard pretty clean since our work hours are too long and definitely affordable for 2 dogs (weekly pick up - $47/mo). I needed a one-time service, as my renters left the property a mess at lease end. I contacted Pet Scoop via their online form and they were very responsive, setting up a cleanup appointment just a couple of days out. Then it snowed. And snowed. And snowed. I only had a few days left before the new renters moved in and there was another storm in the forecast. I did not want to leave them with a mess in the yard, particularly because they have children, but there just hadn't been a window of opportunity for Pet Scoop to clean up. Pet Scoop showed up first thing in the morning on the ONE morning when the snow had melted and before new snow was coming. They did a fantastic job cleaning up before the storm came in that afternoon, leaving another 8" or more of snow. Their invoice also came in at the low end of the online estimate. When I spoke with the coordinator, I specified I need the concrete cleaned, that's where the other dog poops. I asked her if they could do it. She said yes. The first cleaning came, they didn't do it. She said there was a miscommunication. They did send someone out to make it right and informed me that everyone was on the same page for next time. It came time for the second cleaning, again they didn't do it. The response came with the reasons why they couldn't do it. 2 reasons for the low rating. Lack of communication with staff and with me. They could've told me no on the phone, they waited till after the 2nd cleaning. The second is, I would still have to pay for 2 dogs when they would only be cleaning up after one. WATCH OUT FOR THE TRUCKS FOR THIS COMPANY ON THE ROAD!!! I saw one of them driving very agressively this morning. I took pictures but the quality isn't the greatest due to the sun glare. If you can't follow the law and drive your commerical vehicle is a calm manner, then maybe you shouldn't be operating a business either? It shows bad judgment to drive like that when you are a rolling billboard with your company name all over your truck. "Satisfaction Guaranteed," what a misnomer. I gave Pet Scoop one star only because I'd been with them over 20 years. I have two large dogs who supposedly nip at the scooping tools of some workers but not others, thus requiring me to have my dogs in the house when some technicians perform the service and not others. Okay, I understand that depending on the technician involved I need to have my dogs in the house - the liability of a bite - but now, after months of a technician coming into my yard without a problem I'm being told I must lock my dogs in the house or my service will be cut off. Pet Scoop threatened to cut off the service last year - for the same reason. Luckily Carol, a woman who worked in the office volunteered to take time out of her day to clean our yard. She came to our house most of last year without incident or threats, until she recently retired. While we appreciate Carol's help, it's interesting how the owner of the company prides himself on this arrangement with a woman on the verge of retirement. The owner did offer to continue my service if I would be home earlier In the day to lock my dogs in the house. The only problem, I work until 1:00 every day and wouldn't be able to accommodate the most recent technician until 2:00 in the afternoon. Here's the kicker, they don't have anyone to come to my house after 2:00 "any day." I guess they're so successful that they don't need customers they've had since 1998. read more
