This company has a woman named Kerry working for them, who disregarded my dogs paw webbing being cut, suggested anxiety medicine for my girl who's been getting groomed regularly for 5 years, 1 year by your company specifically + didn't want to groom her after shaving her body, & didn't even do what she was supposed to do in regards to the normal groom. My dogs look terrible. Recognized my one dog had a sensory disorder and was feeding off of her reaction to the clippers going off, she kept jumping back and Kerry seemed to find this funny. Then proceeds to recommend anxiety medication, says we don't "need to jump into sedatives". Said she was giving my dog a break for an hour and a half to groom my other dog; when I went downstairs to check on Althea to see what was going on, I opened the van door just barely since Kerry didn't want to, & noticed my girl SHAKING with fear (something I've never seen her do) and sweating through her coat .. it's 20 degrees out. What the heck is going on in this van? Also want to add, after I had picked Althea up from the truck with her botched haircut in which only her body was shaved, your groomer felt it was appropriate to text me a lengthy essay about how anxiety meds are helpful.. she does not need them- she was supposed to be working on my other dog ... but felt it was appropriate to still continue messaging me about "suggestions". Just simply do the groom you're here to do. I don't need suggestions. Do your job. She did not use the calming cap prior groomers have used for my girl. It is even noted to use this. She did not, instead she had Althea up on the table as any other normal groomer has a dog up there. She could've easily hurt herself simply from the miscare here. Thank goodness my fiancé was nice enough to go downstairs and basically do her job for an hour to assist with having her finished. The groomer did not want to finish my little 10 lb Maltese/cocker spaniel mutt, instead she said it's "best we leave her in her comfort zone" - to which my fiancé replied he is her comfort zone and remained with her the entire session. She sent my boy back upstairs GUSHING blood from his PAW WEBBING, not his nail, and disregarded it. Leaving my entire living room and bathroom floors covered in blood. Said "worst things have happened during grooms" I'm absolutely astonished you have someone like this person working for your company. Actually insanity. The company texted me saying someone would reach out to me as it was after hours when all of this occurred. It is now 9:30 am on 1/24/25 Friday - nobody has contacted me. What are your business hours? General hours are 8-5, or 9-6. What are yours? I called last night at 4:50 pm and 5:15 pm, as well as my fiancé and nobody answered us. Google states 24 hours & you have no transparency. So you're just okay with your groomer doing this to animals, who do we contact when this happens? If anyone's reading this, & you prefer to use this company - use Dayna, Ali or Rebecca. They actually care about your fur baby. Otherwise, do not use them. I am disgusted to say the least that this is how "Colorado's top premier grooming company" chooses to do business. Just an FYI, we have given this company well over $300 / per grooming session, and have had about 5-6 sessions over the year. To which nobody has done this. Kerry is significantly damaging to your company. You can comp the groom all you want, it's the mere fact you have someone who doesn't care working under your ownership when you have plenty of other awesome groomers. One bad groomer will definitely do it for ya. read more

I have a 100 pound Newfie/Lab mix. He is 13 years old and VERY arthritic. I have never had him groomed before because I knew he couldn't stand very long. But he was panting all the time because of the hair. We had no choice. Rainbow groomers explained how they take care of senior dog. They have TV, music, and aromatherapy! And all for the most reasonable price. He hasn't panted at all since his grooming. So he is comfortable and he looks amazing! I can't thank them enough. read more

Beware of this mobile groomer! At first, they appear to be so kind and too good to be true. Guess what? It's definitely too good to be true. They try to rip you off by adding services you did not ask for, like keratin for instance. Then when confronted, they can't explain why they didn't ask us before and still want to charge us. They charged us a "Senior dog" fee just because of her age! She doesn't have any health issues and shouldn't be charged because she is 11 years old. They continued to try to be condescending and imply I couldn't afford their cost and that I should go to a shop, which isn't the case. My issue is that their charges need to be legit and not charge just because my dog is older. She is perfectly healthy and doesn't need anything extra. Mockingly, they sent a review to rate them, which was not even a real link or anything. Stay away! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Oh and they don't even ask for proof of paperwork (rabies) for your dogs... not legit at all. read more

Kendall at Rainbow Grooming is awesome. Our two terrier mixes got a bath, nails cut, furminated, and shaved a bit. They look great. And more importantly, they were happy. I also have a very small, very old chihuahua that we got last year. He is an absolute savage when it comes to his nails. Our family of 4 couldn't cut his nails! I was scared of hurting him, he kicks and screams and just loses his mind. I had Kendall try, and she had it done in less than one minute. I hold him (with a muzzle I own. Once the muzzle is on he struggles a little less) and she cut his nails. I'm having her come every 3 weeks so we can keep his nails a bit shorter. The faster, the better, for all of us. One of his nails was missing completely, it's growing back, but it's coming in sideways. Kendall decided not to do anything with that nail (it is pretty messed up) and I appreciate her honesty and her not trying to do something she wasn't sure about. A vet has looked at it but there's nothing we can do with it yet. Rainbow sends reminder texts a week before the appt, and the day before, and Kendall texted when she was on the way. I'm really pleased with Rainbow. Parker has gotten so crowded and it's impossible to get into a vet or a groomer anywhere.
