I have never noticed left behind waste and when we put our 3rd dog down in May, there was no issue changing the monthly amount. Had to cancel service as the twice a month pick up was not happening. The areas they were supposed to clean (the side yard, the rock area, etc) was not being done. I had piles of poop that were not picked up. I am definitely disappointed in this service and company and will not be using them in the future. It is a waste of money as the service I was paying for was not happening. Do not use this company. read more

Hiring the POO Crew is the best money I've ever spent! Scooping poop is by far my least favorite chore. Now for a very reasonable fee, the Poo Crew comes to my home once a week and cleans the poo of my two pups. The office workers and scoopers are nice enough, not overly helpful, but they get the job done. I highly recommend! read more

I have used The Pool Crew for 4 months now. I have decided to cancel my service with them, for several reasons. First, they told me after my first service I had to pay a month in advance? I thought weird but ok. Second, I received multiple bills through multiple different billing agencies. And it was never explained why. Third, three of the five times they came, they missed a large amount of " waste". Most recently was 6-10-16 I counted 13 "waste deposits" from my dogs that were not picked up. Overall I would not recommend them. They also have very poor communication. They have no answering service, or way to leave a voice mail. I had high hopes after reading their reviews on Yelp, but they feel very short in my book. read more

I'd like to update my review. I'm still gonna leave one star because this guy won't leave me alone. So yes I did leave this in collections. I asked these guys after the first run not to come back and they kept coming. Honestly they left "poo" in my yard each time. Didn't even get it right the first time. Ya, I was protesting this nonsense cause the guy was a jerk to me every time I tried to sort this out. Maybe it's karma. Maybe it's Maybelline. I disputed this with some collection agency and his reply was, you signed an agreement when you first signed up". True words. Can't deny it.
