As first time pool owners, we had a lot of questions. Dan assessed and fixed a small air leak in one of our valves and took time to help us better understand the basics of our pool. Our heat pump needed a complete replacement. Pool-X-Perts was priced competitively and worked with us to integrate our pool automation system as well! It was a great experience, the heat pump went in without problem, and we couldn't be happier! I was greeted by Nick when I came in and he was of great help. He helped me pick the right pool pump for my pool, and a chlorinator. The following day I had to come in to get a few fittings for the plumbing and Nick was very helpful again. Today, I had to come in for chemicals and Although there was six customers Mr. Nick was able to provide great customer service to each of us. I called to cancel but I did pay through the month to have them come out but of course no one has showed up. ****UPDATE****** I spoke to Patrick and had such a nice conversation and assured me he would have the company make it right. We have been using this company for over a year and are quite pleased. They come every week (like clockwork) except during the major holidays. When they started our pool was green, but it sparkles blue these days. So far, so good - if it changes, we'll let you know.
