I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth." I sincerely regret using the pool man and do not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.

Having built 5 swimming pools in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service side with this company. It couldn't have been less stressful. They basically do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. A rare commodity these days. If you are on the north side of Houston I don't know why you would use anyone else. We were adamant that they do their best to save the trees. Even though they couldn't guarantee the trees would live they did their best. I need someone to clean my pool and to change out my panel and to clean my filter. For some reason they can't clean a filter and I actually needed a weekly service for pool cleaning but the person in chat cut me off based on a past chat said we don't do a one time clean I needed a weekly. As well as my panel changed out. They literally missed out on a big payout because of being unprofessional. We did arrange for them to come out once we was given how much it would cost they never showed up and we had to hire someone else. I was willing to give them another chance but I don't take kindly to rudeness.
