Frank is a true pool expert. I highly recommend this firm…read more I decided to do my own pool service after having some trouble with another firm (not Frank's firm). I called Frank for some hands-on learning (better than youtube or my pool book). It was money well spent! He fully revamped my service process. I learned a lot and ended up working less hard and getting better results. I still have some high chlorine problems, but that's due to my laziness, not Frank's instructions. I also hire him for stuff I can't handle or don't know about and he's been great. He's a little slow responding to me, but that's fair: I am not a regular and a firm has to take care of regulars first.
