You will find no one better than T&C. I was immediately sold on Town and Country from day 1 and it is purely because of Emil Hermis, our builder. I filled out a request for information and within an hour Emil came to our home and began designing. Emil immediately struck me as a man of integrity, dedication, and very knowledgeable. My first impression was not wrong, Emil is a master of his craft and every single detail mentioned was delivered upon with perfection. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful to Emil we are. The contractors used by T&C are top notch. There wasn't a single crew that worked on our pool that wasn't simply amazing. All were incredibly friendly, respectful, diligent, and hard working. The quality and skill every single crew brought to the build cannot be understated.. and they did it in 100 degree Southeast Texas heat. I cannot stress enough to a potential pool buyer, take care of your crews working on your pool. It is boiling hot outside and these guys do not take breaks, get them Gatorade or water. It doesn't take much to take care for the people giving you their all in our weather. We love our new pool and could not recommend Town and Country enough. We will absolutely be repeat customers if the next home we buy needs a pool built. Thank you Emil, thank you Town and Country!

I received four quotes to get my plaster and tiles done. We chose R Pools because CW was the most upfront didn't seem like they would come up with extra charges as a few other companies had in their contracts. The quote he gave was what we paid. When it came to the day to start there were some weather issues, but he contacted me first thing in the morning. CW was great, he communicated with me daily, made sure everyone was on task. Even with the delays due to the rain they finished in 4 days. CW then came out the morning the pool was finished filling and got it all started up. The crew that works with R Pools was great, and they cleaned up after themselves. So, if you are looking for any pool service for maintenance, repair, or renovations, you won't be disappointed with R Pools.

Call for details. Expires 5/26/25" I called for details and asked specifically what the price would be AFTER the promotion ends. I was told that nothing would change, that's the price moving forward, forever! It was too good to be true, my husband and I thought. The guy shows up to clean our pool and we ask him the same thing. In our minds there must be a catch. But he too said, nope, that's the price, it will not change. The first payment posted and it was $108 so I called them and they stated they charge monthly. Phew! Ok so far so good!!! Next month the payment was $204!! So again, I called and asked what the extra charge was. The lady stated that the $25 a week was a promotion that only lasts the first month. I told her that we had been lied to twice, and she apologized and said well it states that the price will increase on the invoice. Sure enough the invoice stated it would increase after the first month. However, the person I talked to on the phone originally and the guy who showed up at my pool blatantly lied to my face. Just sad. Very bad business. It's wrong to lie and deceive people. It's just not nice. I hope that this stops because I'm sure the people working for you would like to work for honest people. The work however, was good, but I can find cheaper service elsewhere.

I was initially impressed by Patten. They are knowledgable and timely with their service calls…read more The last one did me in though. I had their tech (Jake) out to repair a leak. He said he fixed it, gave an invoice, asked me to call him if it continues to leak. All good so far, right? It started to leak at the same spot the next day. I had them back out again. In the middle of the visit, I go out to talk with them to find out what's up. He said he must of tightened something too tightly and caused a seal to break, and now it needs to be replaced. Not my fault, right? No, it's my fault. I had to buy a new part. Things happen, fine. I'm a little upset but I'll live. Now the pressure in my pool is high, and Jake advises a cleaning. I agree. He asks to use my chemical, the last of my Muriatic acid. I didn't like this at all, but he didn't give me a choice. Now I have to take time out of my day to go buy new chemical. During the filter cleaning, Jake and his help (Kevin) were constantly arguing back and forth. These remarks persisted through the entire visit, and was very unprofessional. They seemed like they were genuinely pissed off at one another. Here I am, now with invoices paid for both visits, and I don't feel good about it at all. There's too many pool repair companies for me to have to deal with the lack of professionalism during the call and additional charges for labor for things they admitted breaking. I guess I'll just have to deal with it, because Patten wouldn't offer to help me on the resulting bill at all. PS. I take that back, there's a .01 (penny) adjustment on my invoice. Seriously.

"A Perfect Pocket of Nostalgia and Pure Fun"…read more (5 Stars) If you're looking for a pool game that strips away the clutter and gets straight to the heart of what makes the game great, this is it. Retro Pool is an absolute gem. What Shines: · Pure, Uncomplicated Gameplay: No complicated energy systems, no pushy microtransactions for a better cue. It's just you, the table, and your skill. The physics feel solid and satisfying--sinks and bank shots have a wonderfully tactile thwack and clunk that never gets old. · Authentic Retro Charm: The visuals are a love letter to the classic arcade and early PC pool simulators. The simple, clean isometric (or top-down) view, the subtle CRT filter option, and the minimalist menus instantly transport you back. It's stylish without trying too hard. · Surprisingly Deep: Don't let the simple looks fool you. It offers all the classic modes you want: 8-Ball, 9-Ball, and Snooker. The AI provides a genuine challenge, scaling from casual to shark-like precision. It's the perfect game for a quick 5-minute break or an hour-long session. · Brilliant for Multiplayer: Passing-and-playing on a single device is where this game truly sings. It's the modern, always-in-your-pocket version of huddling around a pub table with friends. The turns are snappy, and the competition is immediate and fun. The Bottom Line: Retro Pool understands its assignment perfectly. It's not trying to be a hyper-realistic simulation with licensed professional players. It's aiming to be the definitive digital version of that perfect, timeless bar game--and it succeeds brilliantly. Perfect for: Fans of classic games, anyone seeking a no-nonsense sports sim, and players who miss the days when games were about gameplay first. An essential download for quick, satisfying sessions. Final Shot: This isn't just a good retro pool game; it's arguably the best in its class. It delivers endless, polished fun in a perfectly nostalgic package. Highly recommended.

I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..!
