I waited nearly three weeks for my initial appointment. I was told I would receive an email the day before to confirm the appointment and a text message on the day of the appointment with my arrival time. Neither of those happened. After waiting most of the day, I finally emailed around 3:00 p.m. to ask if they were still coming. Only then was I told that they had decided not to come because of the weather. I completely understand that weather can affect appointments, but I would have expected someone to proactively call, text, or email me to let me know instead of leaving me waiting all day. They asked if I could reschedule for the following day. I replied that I wasn't available then but could do the day after or over the weekend. I never received a response. The next day, I had to follow up again to ask if there was an update. I was then told they were fully booked on Friday and Saturday, with the next available appointment being the following Tuesday. What was most frustrating was that there didn't seem to be any effort to prioritize customers whose appointments had been cancelled due to the weather. I understand that schedules change, but good communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. They may be good at what they do, but unfortunately I'll never know because we never got that far. Their communication and overall customer service practices need significant improvement. I prefer to work with businesses that value their customers' time and make communication a priority.

They all work together like a groomed assembly. No sales pitch.... any of my worn out pool parts, they had available on the truck , my choice if wanted to replace the part. They kept me informed of the whole pool opening service AQRS after only 1 hr 45 min. finished and they left my property clean and neat. They reviewed what to do to maintain, and they are always a call away. I knew the cost of opening pool service @ time I booked the 1st apt. I have had St Cyr's close and winterize my pool the last few years. I open my pool myself, but I…read morepay to close it to ensure that it is properly winterized by professionals. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

NO SHOW/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Do NOT Reccommend Sweetwater Pool Service. I would give them a ZERO…read moreif I could. I can safely say this was the Worst customer service experience Ever. I called Sweetwater late in late March 2023 to arrange for repair and service on my pool. I booked an appointment to have my pool serviced on June 14, 2023. (You have to book early or lose the season! Thats why the way they screwed me was hard. It was too late to get anyone else). On April 4 they sent me the The Confirmation email for my service for June 14. I re-confirmed in May, and again in emails in June. MORE than 3+ confirmations! The day of the appointment I re-arranged work to be home for most of the day, and coverage for an hour I had to be out. Nothing. NO SHOW. NO RESCHEDULE. At 7:30 pm I heard from a SW tech who said he was running very late, it was raining, and he preferred to come back when it was not raining and SW would re schedule my appointment. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN. When no one re scheduled I emailed the Account Manager Harry Carter that had booked my appointment and spoken to me in March about the work I needed. I emailed 2-3 more times and called AT LEAST 6+ times over the following month. NOT ONE CALL BACK. Then I was really stuck by July and UNABLE to find service for my pool, or make the weekly arrangements because everyone else was booked, which was why I started in March. I guess business must be great for them to treat customers so shabby. Put them on the 'DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME list' because they might not show up for you either and then its too late to get anyone else in.
