Once she finally acknowledged me, and I expressed my need, she said "you need it bring those over here if you want them dry cleaned" with the rudest attitude. When I asked about the employer discount program, the attitude only went up from there. She honestly tried to make me use my discount on my next visit, which is absurd. All because she didn't want to key in the times under the discount...hopefully the actual service rendered is better than the customer service, or lack there of, that I was given.

When i got them back, they charged me about $3 which i thought was crazy cheap! So i figured it would be worth taking my stuff here again to have them washed and folded. So this time i brought 2 or 3 X the amount, but it still wasn't very much stuff. When i came to pick the items up, it was $39 this time! which as you can imagine was a shock! So it turned out that they had obviously undercharged me the first time. However, when i looked in my bag of clean clothes, i found some random pair of child's underwear in with my stuff!!! That is pretty much the only thing you hope won't happen when you take your clothes to be professionally laundered! At this point, i had to check the rest of my clothing to make sure it was all mine. They told me to come back the next day to speak to the manager. Did I mention, they don't actually clean the clothes onsite, they send them to their other facility downtown. But they also don't have scales, so you can't ask them to recheck the weight of the items in front of you! So basically they can just charge you whatever they want. When i returned, they offered me just $5 off for having someone else's underwear in with my stuff, i asked for something a bit more or i would never be returning. The manager then said she would discuss it and they would call me to resolve it.... Which was well over 2 weeks ago now and no phone call. Very unprofessional, way overpriced and will never be returning to this dry cleaners. I want to make sure that everyone knows to stay away from this place.

While traveling we stopped here for laundry. Half of the machines are not working They force you to…read moretransfer funds to a "Suds" card to use the machines. So, I put $30 on a card, washed 4 loads, dried 2 in one dryer, and had $1.38 left. I tried to add the required funds for the last machine but they have a $10 minimum. I only needed $2.12. You cannot get a refund on your unused money. What a scam. You also cannot enter exact amounts. For example.if I had wanted to purchase $32.12 on the card I would have been forced to pay $40. When I needed help, I started asking around for an employee. Searched high and low. Turned out the woman standing four feet away from me the entire time I was actively, politely, asking if anyone worked here was the attendant on duty. Find ANY OTHER laundromat. This one is terrible.

They actually have a display on the T.V where it tells/shows you how much time your machine has left before it ends! The map is really neat. 3. They had a couple of TV shows on for you to watch while you wait. Washing my Families large load of laundry cost about $10? I think the washer was $7.25 and dryer (30mins) was $2.25? While there I was told the bottom needed to be hemmed because it was dangerously long. I had planned on just holding it when I walked but was again told it was dangerously long. The dress had a small train that they recommended I take out because "trains are only for pictures" and with the train taken out I would be able to wear it to other events not just the Military Ball. I agreed to their recommendations and paid the $150 for the clasp and hem.  I went to pick up the dress on Saturday June 15th. The hem was not straight! The back was longer than the front and the front was uneven. The bottom layer was longer than the top layer in several spots as well. I was told that this was the first dress they have ever had a problem with and that it's because everyones body type is different and that they would get it done correctly! I didn't have my shoes with me so I brought my shoes and the dress back with me on Monday June 17th, they repinned the dress and assured me it would be right when I picked it up. I picked up the dress on Thursday June 20th. The hem was still wrong. The front now longer than the back and the side now shorter than the rest with the under side still showing.  I was then told that no one else would notice but me, told everyone's body type is different, offered $20 for the gas money I spent on the extra trip there, and told I could bring the dress back and have it fixed after the ball. When I asked for a refund I was told no, told that my dress was very difficult and taking a train out is hard work, I told her I only took it our after their recommendation and originally had no plans of touching the hem. I was again told about how much work they put into it, how everyones body type is different, how the errors were only minor and no one else would notice, how they have never had these issues before, and how highly recommended they are.

I did feel like it was a little pricey when it came to alterations, but Savannah/Pooler is pricey in general for alterations, in comparison to my hometown (a small country Georgia town). Either way, they were extremely helpful and I could tell they had my best interest in mind when it came to making alterations, especially with me being 4'11 and good alterations are hard to come by.

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

The woman, who I assume to be the owner, told me that because Tuesday, July 4, 2017 is a holiday that the plant that they send their dry cleaning to would be closed, so the earliest they could get my dress back to me is July 6, 2017 by noon. I had planned to leave for a funeral in MIAMI once I retrieved my black dress from them. I get a call at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 saying my dress wasn't ready. This was clearly a breach not only of an oral contract but a written one as well, because she documented that my dress would be returned to me by Thursday, July 6, 2017 at noon. Because they failed to complete their end of the contract, I now must go and purchase another dress. I don't know about you, but I don't have cash to be throwing around for dresses because a BUSINESS failed to come through. When I said I won't be paying full price because you all failed to complete your end of the deal, she said "I can't do that". So now, I have to purchase a dress and also pay her. If she is hurting that badly for business, then I will throw her her little $15 dollar fee for my late dress, that I will have to retrieve upon my return to Pooler. So unprofessional.
