By far the best pool service in Orlando. If you're looking for a trustworthy and honest pool…read moreservice, Joey is your man. Not only does he do a great job with the pool service, his prices are reasonable and he goes above and beyond. Joey came one day to service our pool and I told him to be careful because there was a black snake in our backyard. Joey caught the snake, put it in a 5 gallon bucket and removed it from our yard. We then had to replace our pool pump which he did the same day. He found out that Jandy was offering a newly updated controllers, and on his own, he reached out to them and explained that he had just done an intstall of a Jandy pump 2 weeks before the new controllers came out and they gave it to him. Unreal service! He's got our business for life!

Normally, I only write positive reviews, but this time I have to speak up. I have used Shiek and…read moreXstream on a couple projects. Most recently he sold us a refurbished replacement heater for our pool/spa. It was a 300,000 BTU unit and good brand. He said the unit had been removed from one of his commercial pools, it was a couple years old and in good working order. He claimed he did a tune up and sold it to us at a great price, fully installed and with a one year warranty. It seemed too good to be true and it was. After two uses the heater started to cutoff at a low temperatures and was useless. of course, we reached out to Shiek immediately but he stopped responding to my texts, I even dropped by his storefront and he refused to see me. The employee at his counter said she would pass the message along that I came by and informed me they were only open on an appointment only basis going forward. The problem with the heater doesn't bother me as much as the stonewalling. I even offered to pay for any parts required to repair the unit in one of my many text messages that he ignored. At this point all I can do is warn anyone thinking of doing business with Xtream - beware.

I can't recommend Watson Pool Cleaning Service enough. Their customer service is amazing and my…read morepool has been clear and clean from the moment we hired them. Aaron, the owner, and every technician who has been to our home are so personable and professional. They're great with our dogs, and always leave detailed reports with photos via email about what they did during that particular service. We also get alerts about them being on the way and when they finish. I've recommended this company to a friend who hired them, too. Their pricing is beyond fair for the quality and care our pool receives every week (which is well worth the time I would spend doing it myself!) I appreciate that I can pay my monthly invoice online, too. If you're in Osceola County or the adjacent area and have a pool that needs serviced, give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
