The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Pricing is quite reasonable for the services provided, but Blissful Waters goes beyond providing the service requested and makes excellent suggestions to improve how my pool is maintained. Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. I did not know that hose bib timers existed or that they were so affordable. Adding water to my pool is one less thing I need to remember to do, because Blissful Waters takes care of it for me. Each week, I receive via email an excellent summary of the services performed, including a photo of the pool. If I have questions, Jason is just a text away. I'm also providing an update on my situation with the replacement Quattro cleaner I received in March 2024. (See my previous review.) First off, hats off to Marco for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me relative to this product! I'm not sure anyone else would have made this much effort, but he truly values his longtime customers. The new Quattro did not even last 20 months! Starting in September, I noticed the cleaner was not climbing the pool walls properly. It then no longer rotated and would stall at the steps. Marco has been trying to discover what is at the center of this malfunction for several months, replacing various parts in an attempt to get it to work properly. He contacted his local Fluidra representative and they first said the Quattro was out of warranty. Marco would not take that position as a final answer. He requested the manufacturer send an entire new set of "guts" and he replaced every part FREE OF CHARGE. Sadly, the Quattro still does not run properly. I'll be looking to buy a new cleaner in the Spring, but Marco was not finished. He is working with the representative to see what discount I would receive on a future Quattro should I decide to stay with this manufacturer. (Not sure I will do that given the quality problems with this cleaner and the fact the manufacturer does not stand behind its defective product.) However, I give Marco extra credit to attempt to get me the best deal possible. Therefore, a huge amount of thanks and gratitude given to Marco and The Pool Pleaser for standing up for their repeat customers. STAY AWAY FROM ABOVE & BEYOND POOLS in NAPLES! The hurricane flooded our pool, ruined the…read moreequipment. We had used Above and Beyond pools to clean and maintain our pool. After the hurricane we had them do repairs at a cost of $15,104.78 to "completely drain, sanitize and refill the pool", replace the gas heater, motor pump, salt system, screenlogic pool control, and spa switch and paid them in full. The day they were scheduled to do that work (Dec. 12, 2022) we had a medical emergency so we were not able to be here. We were never provided photos of the work done, or the condition of the pool - when it was emptied, or when it was refilled. I asked if sanitizing is the same as acid washing and still have not heard from them. In Feb I fired A&B pools from maintaining my pool because they were not doing a good job - it looked bad, the tech never showed up half of the time, and one time when I did have contact with him he said he couldn't vacuum the pool because his equipment was broken. My husband felt sorry for the guy even though there were problems with A&B; the tech said he was going to be fired, which he was in January. Collier County Utilities contacted me in March because of our extremely high water usage (since December 188k gallons!) Had a plumber check the entire house for leaks, and a landscaper check the yard and sprinklers - both were fine. My builder checked the auto fill - which A&B pool neglected to check and it was badly broken and constantly running - so that was a major part of the water problem. Then had the auto filler replaced by a new pool company who also replaced the leaking filter - something else A&B neglected to take care of. The pool is badly stained and that should have been corrected with the cleaning by A&B pool. Finally, to be sure all leaks were corrected, had a leak detection company check the pool. The part A&B had worked on that I paid for was leaking. In addition, pointed out something inside the pool - white circular spots in several places in the pool, one on the steps. These probably were there when A&B did work on the pool, so they failed to remove them properly, and never mentioned it to us. I've been told now that I may need to acid wash the pool, or even resurface it to remove these and have it look clean again! I have called A&B pools numerous times since March and left messages asking about "sanitizing", and informing them about the leaks and the high water usage. No call back from them. Then, I wrote a letter to A&B on May 26, 2023 to ask what "sanitize" meant, tell them about the leaks, and the high water bills. They have NEVER called me. All they do is send a bill telling me I owe them $1650. I got another bill from them today (with the words OPEN UPON RECEIPT written on the outside of the envelope) - no mention of the leak. Their incompetence has cost me $1560 in wasted water plus I still have a leak I need fixed from their shoddy work so I will have to pay someone else to fix that! I may also need to spend anywhere from $5k to $40k depending what the decision is about the spots they left in the pool. My neighbors had the exact situation with their pool and they do not have the spots in their pool or any problems after from their pool company - different than mine. The A&B so-called cleaning of my pool had such a terrible result that it is costing me way more than it should have! They are a horrible company!

I changed to their weekly pool service and this is the first year in many I have not had an algae bloom or any skin irritation. We have an older chlorine pool and they keep it clean, swept, and in balance. I am home sometimes when they are here and see them checking the chemical levels. They have been honest with providing services, arriving at nearly the same time each week and my pool stays beautiful. I am very pleased and believe I get good value from them.
