I had already seen neurosurgeons and doctors, and I was told that my options were surgery, burning the nerves, or learning to live with chronic pain. I am 50 years old, and at that point my world felt like it had completely fallen apart. I could not bend, drive, walk normally, sit, or stand without severe pain. My daily life was controlled by constant pain and electric shock-like sensations through my nervous system. I cried all the time because I felt hopeless and did not know what else to do. I went to Gary's office after someone recommended him to me, and I can honestly say he was a blessing in my life. After the very first session, I was able to walk with some discomfort, but without the same chronic pain I had been living with.
