The only thing I cannot stand about this location is the parking garage and getting there. If you're using gps and have to drive even a few minutes through downtown, add on like 10 minutes because the lights are the worst. Then you have the parking garage. You have to go all the way to the 4th floor and then they have a few spots that are inside the garage, dedicated to their place. The rest are outside on the highest level of the garage. You have to walk to the elevator and then take it upstairs one level. Even when we leave ahead of the time with the gps, we still get there late. We would have to leave like 45 min ahead when the gps says 20 minutes (with traffic). It's 13 minutes without. I drive like a maniac too so I can get there super quick if the lights are on my side. But with that traffic and if it's drizzling forget it. Everyone forgets how to drive and it will take you double the time. Other than all that nonsense, it's a great practice. The parking and getting there though-oof.

She was funny, but in a professional way. She kind and comforting, too. She provided education to both my husband and I and was very knowledgeable. The doctor was calm, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He was quick, even though he was busy. He was informative and professional! But the back end, after the procedure and experience, took a huge turn which is why I not only updated my perspective and review, but I changed it dramatically. Following the procedure, we were waiting to hear back from the team pertaining to our bill. Initially when we showed up, we asked the receptionist to pay the self pay rate as we had out contacted our insurance and they indicated it would not be approved. Now, the reason we chose this particular establishment was because we contacted several others and asked for the self pay rate and evaluated reviews as well. This had the lowest self pay option and great reviews. So we were expecting to pay our bill on the date of service. She insisted that she send it through insurance and it would most likely not be denied because of the nature of the procedure. Sure enough, months later - we get the EOB from the insurance company and the bill was denied. AND to top it off, we would be on the hook for what they billed insurance - which is well over the self pay rate. We were upset, frustrated, and and annoyed. My husband attempted to contact Knight Dermatology through e-mail, telephone, and eventually having to drive to their location. After multiple attempts and continued confusion (literally told him they didn't have his date of service in there), the bill has been resolved. This took 5 months to complete. We will not be back due to the disorganization of the back end staff. Get it together. The doctor was great though!

Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. Her responsibility's there should be on the lines of sweeping floors. Not finance and problem solving. .It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! The staff greeted me immediately by name & were so patient with me. My husband & 8 year old joined me. I received the Meyers cocktail with an add on & my husband received the allergy cocktail. They offered us a private room or to sit in the shared space. We chose the shared space because we enjoy being social. We each (including my kid) sat in our own large comfortable reclining chair. We were offered blankets, heating pads, water, & our own large screen tv. The entire process took about an hour. It took us awhile to choose an option, so it most likely won't be that long for everyone. The nurse prepped our bags in the back. She removed the needles & materials from sealed packages in front of us. I felt that I was being taken care of by trained safe professionals. The staff was so friendly & called me the next day to ask how I felt. I had the worst hangover of my life on new years & my muscles were so sore & dehydrated. I felt nearly instant results! The next day I could even stretch again! My husband had been sneezing a ton from seasonal allergies & he walked out of there with no runny nose or sneezing! It's been over 24 hours & we still feel the benefits.
