But at Groupon's price, might as well give this place a try :D Bought a package of six treatments and started to see results immediately! It was super painful at first and got a little better with each treatment because my hair follicles were lessening with each visit. On my fourth visit they got a new laser!!!! DEFINITELY tolerable on the pain factor! LOVE the new laser! Would definitely consider purchasing more laser treatments for other areas. Jamie is the laser technician, she's awesome! Super easy to talk to, gets you in and out in a flash and makes the treatments as painless as possible! I just completed my fifth session and haven't needed to shave since my last treatment!!! (Four weeks ago) I barely have ANY hair under my arms!!! & living in Fl (year round tank top weather) it's GREAT to not have to worry about my underarms!

I was pleased to see they had numerous openings and I was able to schedule my appointment at a time convenient with my schedule. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy and quick. The clinical medical assistant was friendly and welcoming and best of all, the doctor I ended up seeing, Dr. Mena, was exceptional! She was communicative, attentive, and an excellent listener and made my visit feel as if it were "tailor-made". Overall, my interaction with those I encountered (front desk, medical assistants, the doctor, and laboratory techs) were positive. Best of all, I later found out that this clinic is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community with passion, compassion and integrity, all of which were evident during my scheduled visit. I would highly recommend them and their team of doctors!

I attended 26Health for a women's empowerment event called "In Full Bloom" this past weekend…read morefocusing on mental health and wellness. It was such a lovely and wonderful event that included varying activities, panels, and open discussions on varying topics involving mental health and wellness. The event was not only engaging but enriching. We were left with a feeling of being truly affirmed, heard and most importantly, SEEN. For women, living in a "man's world," it is vital to have spaces where we not only feel safe, but we must also have the opportunity to be heard and seen! So, I thank the 26Health crew for creating a space to be heard and seen! In addition to that, I also got to learn a bit more about 26Health and their impact within the community. The staff were amazing and kind. Again, I felt safe and welcomed and more importantly I learned about a healthcare provider in the community that helps all regardless of insurance status. They offer STD/STI testing, free of charge. Free birth control options (like condoms). Free test strips to test for drugs, etc. They also offer mental health wellness programs and solutions. While I cannot personally speak to the quality of care provided if you attend 26Health as patient, I can at least note, that based on the event I attended, they put the utmost care and respect into all those they work alongside with. I'll definitely be recommending them to peers (or just anyone I know) looking for an affordable alternative to healthcare and mental wellness in the local Orlando community.

I found this company through an Instagram advertisement and was excited to schedule a consultation…read moreto learn more about how they could potentially help with my knee issues. Unfortunately, my first experience was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. By 5:45 PM, I still had not been seen or given an update about the delay. I could hear other patients being checked in and taken to the back, so I eventually stepped out of the room to find out what was going on. One of the representatives asked if I was waiting for the doctor, and I explained that I had been waiting since 4:30. Another representative apologized for the wait and explained that the patients being seen before me were established patients who were there for physical therapy or follow-up appointments. When I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I declined and explained that this was not a good first impression and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. What was also disappointing was that no one appeared to communicate my concerns to the doctor or let the doctor know that I had left. Unfortunately, this was not a good overall experience, especially for a first-time patient coming in for a consultation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Do NOT waste your time! "Free" STD tests offered are NOT FREE!…read more After I got a FALSE positive HIV test (very scary feeling by the way), I had to pay $50 for an appointment. My main issue is being told bloodwork/labs to confirm the HIV test result would not be out of pocket. They told me this AFTER I provided my insurance info and asked them. If I knew there was, or might be, a copay beforehand, I would probably still get the labs done because I just tested positive for a major incurable illness. Still would rather not have paid $180 for a "free" STD test just because of a faulty test on their end, but I guess I would rather be aware of being (possibly) charged rather than LIED TO. Due to their (allegedly) affordable services, I was at first considering them for their other resources, but that is off the table now. I would encourage anyone considering Crew Health to be very wary or avoid them altogether, especially if you are already struggling financially in our increasingly less affordable society. So unfortunate to see a place meant to serve a marginalized community take advantage of fear to get money. Very disappointed.
