Karli has a remarkable eye for facial harmony and a level of expertise that immediately puts you at ease. I work in the aesthetic industry and visit plastic surgery and dermatology offices regularly, so I've seen many practices but Nectar Aesthetics truly stands out. The office is elegant, welcoming, and filled with a team of genuinely warm, professional people who make every visit a pleasure. I've also trusted Karli with lip filler, typically opting for a half syringe for a very subtle enhancement. Her specialty is creating symmetry and refinement while maintaining a completely natural look. You never appear "overdone"--just refreshed, balanced, and like the best version of yourself. Karli is truly gifted with a needle and has the rare ability to restore a youthful, fresh appearance without compromising your natural features. *This location DOES NOT offer the "first time free" promotion* as per my appointment today…read more I'm really torn. Because I had an unpleasant beginning to my overall appointment experience but a really great sugaring service. Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. Looking at their website I saw the "firstservicefree" promotion and thought why not! I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid. Everything was clean and the vibe is welcoming. Would I recommend? Not sure and I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I would maybe give this place a second try based on Meredith and the fantastic job she did but the customer service may make me feel otherwise.
