Came here for a couples massage and made an appointment for the same day. We were randomly assigned…read moretwo masseurs and they had a nice little waiting room for us to sit. I did the back scrub add on and it was the best part of the massage. My masseur was good, but she wasn't consistent. I felt a little uneven and she barely applied pressure anywhere other than my back. She did find a knot in my shoulder and massage it out, which was great. I'd definitely come back and try another masseur because my partner had a great experience.

The couple massages were going for 160$ plus free gift which was a cute alittle sterling's mug, magnet and some chocolate. If you wanted add ons it was like 10 or 15$ for hot stone and sports massage. The couples massages came with a nice foot massage and foot scrub. The ambiance was very pleasing. When you walk in you will check in by writing your name on a piece of paper and checking in with the sale associate. Rosey was the sales associate and she was very nice. Our appointment was at 2:00pm which we literally got called in right on the dot for our massage. We walked in and I immediately noticed the rose petals on the floor which gave me the full Valentine's Day experience with my partner. The massagers Nadia and Sam were so nice and really got the knots when massaging us. They even checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable. I throughly enjoyed this experience and 10/10 would recommend! The only thing I have to say is that I believed she forgot to do the hot stone during my massage but overrall she did an amazing job! They had a lot of clients today so maybe it was a mini mistake but I thought she did so amazing so I decided to leave it alone. That's how amazing the massage was! Definitely coming back. Would recommend going in something comfortable; no makeup; hair tied back or up, maybe carry a scrunchie just in case. bring some flip flops as well to be comfortable.

I made an appointment for my first visit to a dermatologist for Feb of 2026, filled out their forms…read moreonline, uploaded my identification and proof of insurance and attended the appointment. When I checked in for my appointment, I had to fill out more paperwork and give them my proof of insurance and identification again! Why would I have to repeat this?I noticed a sign in the lobby that stated that full payment is due at the time of service. During my appointment I had a biopsy performed and two areas frozen on my face. I paid my bill in full as I was charged. A few days later, I received a call from a staff member with my results of biopsy and was told that I needed to be scheduled for a procedure to remove the carcinoma. Before explaining the procedure they immediately went into scheduling. This news caught me a little off guard and I had a lot of questions regarding what the procedure was and what I can expect. Maria explained it verbally and moved forward with scheduling the procedure for the second week of April. Two weeks prior, I was out of the country and received a call telling me that the dr doesn't take my insurance. Now wouldn't you think that this would have been known before my initial visit when I provided my proof of insurance or even at the time of biopsy when they had to provide a cost of service before performing the biopsy? I certainly would have thought this and believed that they had done so. So, I had to cancel this appointment as well as a future appointment for a full body scan. I thought that both of these appointments were cancelled as I had asked and then I received messaging confirming my active appointments that I had cancelled. So this tells me that the person I communicated with didn't cancel my appointments. This resulted in yet another call. Now once I was back in the country I received messaging confirming a bill in the mail for an additional $19 and some change. How can I be receiving a bill for something I was fully charged for and I payed in office? This is not a company or clinic that I can recommend at all. After dealing with these unprofessional administrative errors, I don't have faith in their dermatology treatments and procedures either.

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.
