They leave a little candy on a little towel in the bed and they have body spray and spray deodorant and wipes for after. I've never had such a nice experience at a tanning salon. At the end of 2016 I had chronic sinus infections, one right after another for 3 months straight. Thus, my pcp referred me to the Barranco clinic to see if perhaps I needed sinus surgery or what was going on. My first appointment was on January 4 with Dr. Stuart. He was great. I have no issues with any of the doctors here. It is the staff that is completely inept. So, Dr. Stuart orders a CT scan and allergy testing. I'm told someone from the office will call to set up the allergy testing and they will submit the request for the CT scan to my insurance. Two weeks go by and no call. I call them and leave a message. 2 weeks later I call and leave another message. Finally, they call and say that my insurance didn't approve the CT scan. I call my insurance, get it straightened out and I get my CT scan in March. Meanwhile I still haven't scheduled my allergy testing and every time I call the allergy department in the Winter Haven office I get voicemail and no one EVER returns my call. It was May 17 by the time I got my allergy testing. Again, the doctor ordered this on January 4. So I go see Dr. Stuart. He says I have terrible allergies and they want to start me on allergy shots. They've already made me a vial. Problem is I am about to leave for the summer so I can't be consistent. I'll start allergy shots when I return to FL in August. So, I start allergy shots when I return in August. They are using the vial they made for me in May, no worries it is good for 6 months. Eventually they train you to give yourself the allergy shots at home. I had to go to the Winter Haven office for the training. I made my appointment and they called me 4 times to reschedule it! More than once they called me the day of to tell me no one was going to stay that late today. Ugh! Finally did my training, but by that time it had been nearly 4 weeks since my last shot and that shot sent me into a spiral and I had a full blown sinus infection the next day. They gave me vial (the one from May) and taught me how to do them at home. They say they will call needles and an epi pen in to my pharmacy. Turns out you don't need a prescription to get needles which is a good thing since my needles and epi pen are not called in to my pharmacy for a month! I start doing the shots at home. On Dec 1 I call in a new vial. The paper they gave me says give us 10 days to prepare the vial. I go to pick up my vial yesterday Dec 19. I gave them a little extra time because my experience with them has been that they are slower than molasses. When I arrive there is no one at the counter, and I explain to the receptionist that I need to pick up a vial. She tells me to sit. I wait 20 minutes while she deals with 2 other people. She then calls my name and you'll never believe it... my vial isn't there. My vial is in Winter Haven, and I need to go pick it up there. No! I called it into Haines City 18 days ago and I don't have the time to drive another 30 min each way to Winter Haven. Well, the earliest they can get the vial from Winter Haven to Haines City is Dec 26. So a minimum of 25 days to get a vial, and it takes the a week to drive from Winter Haven to Haines City? Did I mention that the vial they gave me from May is now expired?! I'm so over this place. The incompetence level of the staff here absolutely flabbergasts me. I would not recommend this place for anything. I have friends who have used the doctors in this clinic for surgeries and sing their praises and as I said I have found the doctors to be great, but the staff is so slow that I worry that if something were more seriously wrong with me I would die before I ever got treated. I'm on the lookout for a new allergy office. Got any recommendations?

Anyway, I popped them a big question I had about trichomes. I bought the Verano Facetz flower which claims "dense trichome production." Not what I found at all, or so I thought. But Demi & Josh explained to me the issue of sticky flower and how trichomes will not fall easily from such kind of flower. The Verano Facetz is a very sticky flower. They spent their valuable time to explain something to me that, maybe, I should have known. Because of their time and fun explanation, I won't forget about sticky flowers and trichomes anymore. :-)
