I actually spoke with owner about it and she did NOTHING. I wrote that one off. I scheduled another regular service and wanted to treat my daughter so there were two back-to-back appts. I told the actual service provider my daughter would probably show up before me. I had no idea who was schedule for which slot so I didn't think anything of it. When she showed up, they turned her away without checking with provider and made the entire ordeal a major issue and had the nerve to make it about me.

My husband called and scheduled a $175 spa service for me as an anniversary gift.. Due to my anxiety issues it wasn't something I was able to go to and called them at 7am on 4/26 left a message on the answering machine (the day prior to my scheduled appointment) to let them know I just found out about the service purchase and had no desire for the service and wanted to cancel it and be refunded. Called back again when they opened and after a full day of runaround with the receptionist also named Tiffani I was informed by her that the owner doesn't do refunds and the owner would call me around 3:30 on the 4/27 to discuss this issue. Owner called and plainly said she would not refund and also stated she couldn't make money if she offered refunds.. So it seems to me the only way she makes money is by keeping unearned money?! I would never go to this business for ANY service now even if it was free. Terrible customer service! I contacted my credit card company and will now be contacting the BBB. IT IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT A NO REFUND POLICY. I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS THAT I SHARED WITH MY CARD COMPANY AND NOW THE BBB IN CASE SHE ADDS IT NOW. There are plenty of spas to go to if I was you I would find another place that respects customers.
