I don't know why this salon is not busier. A good nail salon is hard to find! And this place is stellar! I splurged and had a day for me and got my nails done and a top notch pedicure. The nail tech explained to me the difference between gel nails and gel X which I deeply appreciated. I told her how I wanted my nails to look and she did not disappoint. The pedicure was something g else. I got a warming weighted neck and shoulder pad that was lovely! I got a face mask and a wonderful leg massage. If you want a decent nail salon go here! read more

We made a reservation yesterday and went in today for some girl time with my daughter and bonus mom. We all had pedicures - base pedicures with callus removal service added. Lots of gel colors to choose from. Our nail techs were Andy, An and I think Richard and they each did an amazing job. Not rushed at all with attention to detail. The chairs were comfortable and the water and massages were wonderful. Clean. This place was recommended to us by a friend (Lauren) and I recommend and we will be back. read more

Andy does amazing work and has stellar attention to detail! I'm new to the area and I have been DREADING finding a new nail tech because I'm a big nail girly and I'm VERY particular about how my nails look 24/7 and he did everything flawlessly! He took his time and he perfected the almond shape on all 10 fingers. My best friend is a nail tech and was doing my nails for years prior to me moving away so I know skill when I see it. I went twice for gel nails using a gift card. On both visits I found the nail station grubby, not clean, even had nail clippings from a previous custimer, so obviously it wasn't cleaned prior to my visit. I won't be back. Cleanliness is extremely important. Not good. read more

The search for a good nail tech is rough. I googled this place and assumed based off the pictures. It would be a good service. Unfortunately, that was far from the case the nail tech who was assigned to me, OVER DRILLED my nails. I had to cut the service short because she kept hurting me and was unapologetic, just rude. No customer service experience what so ever. Mind you, I wasn't even aggressive toward her. Just pulled my hand back a few times because it HURT!!!! My nails are still in pain. I have been doing powder nails for years. Usually the process is drill, soak and once the natural nail is exposed, the nail tech switches to a nail file. This individual kept drilling on the highest setting!!!!! My nails are completely damaged, and in pain. Terrible, careless service. read more

I finally found the perfect nail spot! I have gone to many many places to have my nails done, and I have never left happy. I usually have to fix the shape or something but I can honestly tell you that I got my nails done at lavish nails and spa and they are great. The best nails I've ever gotten. First I want to say that the location is very clean and is a good size location. The staff were very respectful, kind, did what I wanted and were great at conversation. I had Peter who did my nails, which came out amazing but the woman beside me also got her nails done, and they were gorgeous as well. Her nails were done by Anna and Anna did exactly what she wanted. Poor Quality work. Went into this location for the first time looking for a local nail salon. I was fooled by the reviews, horrible service. Paid extra money for manicure and did not even last a day. Went back to to get the issue corrected and had people walking in with work quality issues after that got seen before me. Unprofessional would not be using the service again. read more

I have had multiple manicures and pedicures here by various techs. My pedicures almost always come out great and lasts forever. Regarding manicures, there is only one tech I have been happy with to date. Her name is Tara. When she does my nails (dip), they last forever, the edges are smooth and they grow out beautifully. Every other manicure I have had has been average or less. They lift or peel after a week or less (gel or dip). My most recent dip manicure (not with Tara) had one finger lift after only a week while I was out of the country. The whole nail popped right off. At this point, I'll walk in for a pedicure, but will only have manicures if Tara is available. read more
