She was confident about what needed to be done and she did it. I had many consultations with other salons. Jennifer was the only one who knew exactly how to fix my mess. My hair had not been colored for six months. So I had faded orange hair on the bottom and grown out gray and brown on top. She gave me a nice ash blonde with highlights. It sounds easy but believe me you must know what you're doing to get these results. I had one hairdresser tell me you have to bleach all your hair. Another one told me you have to go darker all over. My goal was a pretty color closer to my gray so I don't have to get it done as much. I had a major demarcation line that is not there at all anymore. This girl is the bomb!!!!
