Oasis Spa and Nails has been a regular place I go to get my nails done. It is very clean inside and they offer a variety of different services. They usually are great for taking walk-ins and give valid services for walk-ins. I have to say they are not the most personable or polite. Various times I have seen them interact with individuals with a lack of how to have decent customer service. Their prices are increasing, but their services are usually pretty good. I have to say you need to be careful if you ask them to replicate a picture because sometimes they say yes and they do not know how to and you won't get something you want. Specific individuals are able to work better with complex designs. read more

Tools he used were dirty - both nail files and all 3 drill/sanding pieces. They don't even put a towel or paper towel on the table where they're working on my nails. So much dust from the nail drill that I was coughing. The gel uv light base was wood and was very dirty - I had to keep my hand up and not touch it. The dip powder wasn't very loose, so he sticks a State Farm writing pen in it to stir the flakes!!!! In the entire place there was no sign of the barbicide containers with sanitizer liquid. I told the checkout guy the place was disgusting and dirty. The lady who could be an owner was sitting next to the guy working on my hands and she was cleaning and scraping and causing a lot of noise on a drawer that she was cleaning. I thought that was gross doing that next to a customer. Never will go here again.l read more

Went with 7 people for pedicures. We all wore masks and they have plastic shields up in front of the chairs. I had Steven and absolutely loved the job he did. So 5 stars for my guy!! My legs and toes feel amazing after a tangerine pedi. Anna did a great job on two friends also. But, a few of the people in the group had kind of crappy experiences. One person did a crappy job and missed painting part of my sister's big toe and her feet are still rough. Another person in our group still has a lot of dead skin and still look kind of bad. I would definitely ask for Steven or even Anna if you go. It is nice that the people at the wine bar sometimes make their rounds and serve you. read more

Don't get your nails done here. They have terrible customer service. I gave the nail tech Christine a reference photo and she left me with nails that weren't even close & they cost $80 !!! I would've asked her to take them off but I had things to do and no time. So I complain to the manager and I'm told that I can get them fixed with no charge , I come to the salon and I'm told I can only get them fixed by the same lady who did them for no charge if I want someone else I have to pay. Why would I have the same lady do it if she clearly can't do the nails that I ask for. So my only option was to get them taken off which I was charged for. After 3 years of thinking this was the best place I've ever had my nails done, and referring people, it's come to an end! I will never return here again. It seems as if the staff is pushed to get you to spend more (typical of nails salons, only I didn't feel this way before) and when you don't, you get attitude from the techs. I convinced my mother who lives in another county to join me for a mani/pedi/brows because this was the best place. It was a day before Mother's Day, so naturally it was as busy as expected, which wasn't a problem for us but we still expected good service (not rushed). After leaving, my mother's gel polish on her nails chipped hours later and my polish on my toes smudged. My mom did not want to return because of the drive. I live closer so I went back for it to be corrected. Only the attendant at the front who claimed to be the manager, chose to go back and forth and argue with me on why or how it could have happened, instead of offering resolution. She finally had someone correct my polish but offered nothing for the money I spent on gel that chipped the first day. I didn't ask for a price adjustment, as my mom wasn't available for the correction but it's obvious if you're a manager and you see how much money was spent on 2 unsatisfied guest that you offer resolution. All and all, the place is nice, but the polish is always old and they add acetone to stretch the life, so expect to have to return after each pedi because of a smudge or a chip of the nail. Absolutely ridiculous. Scheduled an appt with pam a week and a half in advance, received a text confirmation of the appt. Went to my appt just for the girl to tell me im considered a walk in because who scheduled me did it wrong. Then when asked how long is the wait time i was told 25-30 mins , we t back inside at 30 mins just for her to tell me its another 45 min wait because she has 2 other people in front of me. Very unprofessional, was not accommodating at all, considering the fact that i had an appt scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. Absolutely ridiculous, was a loyal customer but the new front desk girl has no idea how to do her job . Pretty sure it was her f up to begin. The guy I went to idk he was really shady.. he did my nails a fill in and charged $20 for that gel nail the he charged me for Length $10 and I came there with long nails.. yet I was charged for them smh, then I asked for a certain color that they had in normal nail polish but he was red me to do it in gel he said he couldn't do it with normal nail polish. Really was because it was going to take a little longer and he didn't wanna do that. Because it was close to closing time. I was excited to get my nails done today. Not being from the area I went on yelp and the oasis had good reviews. This was not my first time getting dip done on my nails but once the first layer was done on my right hand I was not told to put under the light. I never have anywhere else put my nails under a light each step for dip. Since I did not do so the nail tech had to redo the step. He seemed very annoyed. He was very rough. Left with cuts on three of my fingers. One is pretty deep. I will not return here or recommend this place. read more
