At this point, I was able to talk about problem areas and prices. You could either pay up front or do a payment plan. I loved how all questions I had were answered and how friendly they were! The conversation went very well. I felt no pressure to do anything. They let me make all the decisions. They even gave me all the info and told me to think about it and give them a call when I was ready. I asked when could i begin if I wanted to start sometime soon and they said today! Huh? Say what now?! As a matter of fact, I actually got my first treatment after the consultation! Yup, they are that good. Talked me right out my clothes, LOL! Fast forward to 11 months later..... I am still doing treatment for my bikini area. Depending on how fast your hair grows, this depends on how many weeks in between that you need to come back. As a matter of fact, I had my treatment today with someone named Monique. She was very nice and made everything go as smooth as possible today. This place also does progress pictures before first treatment, when you are halfway (which I was today) and after all treatments are complete. I was very impressed with the lady who did my consultation 11 months ago. When I walked in, she greeted me and even asked me a subject we discussed when I first met her! Who remembers that? I can barely remember what I had for dinner last night let alone a conversation over 11 months ago. The receptionist is amazing as well. She is funny and always keeps me laughing. Once you schedule your next treatment, they will call and remind you so you don't forget. That's not the best part. One time, somebody cancelled and they called me to tell me that they could take me earlier that day. Who does that?? Amazing. While sitting in the waiting area I noticed that they also do something that is called Cool Sculpting. This is where they freeze away stubborn fat. This can be on the stomach area, oblique area, thighs and so many more. I cant really speak on it because I only go there for laser hair removal. It does look pretty cool though. My next appointment is already scheduled and I know that they are going to take great care of me as they always do. This place is where its at. Lumiere had to shut down and temporarily discontinue services as did all other establishments which is completely understandable so I waited until places were allowed to reopen and resume services. Well, upon contacting Lumiere to schedule an appointment and resume laser treatments no one would answer the phone so I left voicemails and sent texts to the appointment confirmation number. I did this numerous times throughout the weeks since the end of May/beginning of June when spas and the like were allowed to reopen. I never received a response until I received a text message weeks later stating the business was relocating their offices and would reopen at a new location on July 1 and was even offered extra treatment sessions "for the inconvenience". Well it is now July 30 and my attempts to call and text for an appointment have again gone unanswered as has my request for a pro-rated refund of my payment. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company. They will leave you hanging, not communicate with you, and take your money and run. I honestly suspect they've gone out of business and don't want to disclose that information. I've since purchased laser services with another company as I was in the middle of my treatments and look forward to my first appointment this weekend!
