A filler injection to…read moremy forehead resulted in a vascular occlusion that caused necrosis -- the artery was hit, the skin died, and I was left with a significant, permanent loss of tissue. The manufacturer advises against injecting filler in that area, yet it was done anyway. The aftermath has been expensive, painful, and emotionally draining. I've spent thousands trying to repair the damage, and while the skin has healed over, the scarring and tissue loss are still obvious. What shocked me most was that after causing this injury, Dr. Horton still tried to charge me for additional services. He even mentioned that this had happened to another patient before, which makes it even more alarming that it happened again. Please be careful when choosing a provider. If anyone wants to see photos of the injury and healing process, I'm willing to share them privately.

When they called me back I expressed my frustration (no yelling or foul language was involved) as well as the fact that they did not tell me a cash price. The woman just said okay we already cancelled your appointment. Fortunately, their are a lot of good dermatologists in this market so it is time to move on from this poorly run office. It's not the first time I have witnessed their employees' indifference to their patients (not the doctors, just the office staff).
