The salon is clean, and the nail techs are very nice and personable. I went in for the first time today and Annie did my nails. I asked if she could do a lemon design, showed it to her and she said yes. When she was done with my nails, I was horrified. I expressed to her that they weren't good, but I'm upset with myself for not expressing it enough. She also did my pedicure, so I felt obligated to tip her because of the time and effort she put into it, but I'm very unhappy. Poor and sloppy work unfortunately. read more

Lotus Nails Day Spa - Got exactly what I asked for and more! - Nail Salons Near Me - Saint Cloud, Florida

This is my 2nd time going to Lotus. The first time, a Lady did my nails and she did a horrible job. Eva did my pedicure and she did a good job. So now I needed a gel mani and pedi and the only person I wanted to see was Eva. These spas don't realize that one experience messes everything up and causes you to go somewhere else. The worst part is they are not cheap. For a gel mani and pedi it's over $100. Anyway, I called the spa and Eva was available to take me the same day. She did a good job on my pedi once again and that's what gives this place the 3 . The stars all belong to Eva. She also did my Mani and could've been cleaner, but it was a lot better than the last time with the other lady. My new name for her is sexy Eva because who walks around the salon all day in heels? Lol. She knows her stuff tho!! read more

Paid $50+ for a pedicure to have my toenail cuticle pulled all the way back and a bleeding painful big toe. I actually gasped and said "ow!" If the gentleman ever spoke I'd know his name to warn you. He did not apologize till the very end when my toe was still bleeding.... And still is. Absolutely ridiculous read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Although I am always very adamant on checking reviews before going anywhere, I only went to this place because I had a 10% discount on their services. They definitely lived up to their low yelp review rating. I clearly stated the exact services that I wanted, just GEL POLISH in addition to showing the nail tech the exact gel services on their website. I first had to stop her, as she began to start putting acrylic nails on!!! Mind you, I don't always get my nails done so when she started using some other product, I just assumed that it was something new when it comes to getting gel polish put on your nails but again I confirmed with her that the cost for just gel polish on nails. She just kept telling me yes yes and it will last long. The nail tech ended up giving me something called gel x. I had no idea what that was, but I know that I told her multiple times I only wanted gel polish. I had only intended to pay no more than $60 for services because I also had gotten a pedicure. His polish job was nice, but pulling my cuticles hurt! When I went to check out, my total was almost $90. Even with the 10% discount. Before I knew it, I had three nail techs at the front desk basically telling me what services I asked for. I just felt like all three of them were gaslighting me, and it just felt very uncomfortable! One even said that I asked for a manicure also, which obviously that was a lie because I never even got a manicure while there. The other one kept telling me how she has same the thing in her nails (which I could care less) and it last very long. I stayed calm and clearly kept it classy, but I will never go there again! I know a lot of times we can appreciate the convenience of these type of businesses, taking walk-ins and being on every corner, but most of them lack customer service and lack accountability. read more

Very disappointed in the service here. I will say they did a good job on my nails (hands and toes). First time I came my pedicurist mentioned she even felt unwelcome working there. Then my fingernail tech was on FaceTime half the time, which was a bit awkward. I guess it doesn't matter much if you do a good job, but it just added an unprofessional vibe. My second time I just came to get my dip powder nails off ($12) and nothing else. My nail tech was not happy about this. I'm assuming because of how small my bill was going to be. She scoffed when I said no thank you to manicure. When she said to wash hands, I asked if I needed soap. She said it doesn't matter. Then as I was walking away she told the nail tech and and customer next to us, "...she didn't do gel, nails, nothing so soap or no soap doesn't matter!" She seemed annoyed the entire session. It's very unlikely I'll be back. read more

worst nail salon i've ever been too, i went in there with a slightly pulled off toe nail and the guy puts acrylic right on there without me asking for it. i asked for a classic polish which is only supposed to be $34 and when i went to check out it was $61. will NEVER be returning read more

This was my first time to this nail salon and I was quite pleased with it at since it was so close to my home. However, when I went to pay my bill, I was charged an extra 2% for using a credit card! We as consumers pay quite enough for everything these days and I cannot believe that this salon actually passes the cost of using a credit card on to the customer! I have since done a lot of research with nail salons in St. Cloud and even Orlando, and I have not found another salon that does this. They make enough income in their business and I think it is very petty and greedy to pass even more cost on to the consumer! Obviously this was my first and last trip there! read more

I came in with my kid for her birthday. I usually love this place. this time there was a women (named Jessica) doing a man's nails talking about how they hate to see kids in here. RIGHT next to me, one seat over. I don't believe we should go in for services to be berated by the employees she was at table 79. whatever you do stay away from Jessica she thinks you shouldn't be in there to do your nails anyways. Disappointed that they have employees that think it's appropriate to be rude to customers, makes you wonder why your spending there. read more

Absolutely horrible! I went in for a relaxing pedicure and nearly had every toe cut! The man didn't speak English well enough to answer my question "how much is it to get gel?" And it ended up being $15 more! I would've just gotten regular had I known--and I couldn't take a good look at the menu because the man wouldn't let me hold it myself. Even worse is that I paid cash and he couldn't give me smaller bills for change so I had to either leave a ridiculously generous tip for this terrible job or no tip at all. I didn't ask for the manager because this man could not speak English well and I finished up near their closing time. Also the "Deluxe" pedicure is not worth it compared to the pedicure below it. It didn't feel very deluxe--$45 for regular and $60 for with gel! I received no discount and the man knew he cut my toes and drew blood. Look at the photos attached. And not to continue with a bad review but he also left very sharp edges on my nails. Some of my skin he cut now gets pulled whenever I put on socks too, just so painful and terrible. Pray I don't get any infections. read more

It was the worst nail place Ive ever been to. I spent $120 and walked out wishing I never went in. My fingers and toes were completely cut up. My nails do not look like the photo I showed at all. The polish is patchy. The French tips are all uneven and not straight at all. Would never recommend someone to come here. I don't know if they felt in a rush or what but it was my worst experience ever. They even did dip powder when I stated I wanted a full set of acrylic. read more

Very surprised at the bad reviews but I've only been here once for a classic pedicure . Sonny was an amazing nail tech . Got my shape perfect . He was very fast and efficient. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FAR FAR AWAY! In 20 years getting pedicures I have NEVER in my life gotten so injured. First of all the salon was not busy at all but the lady was majorly rushed. Didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't communicate with her. And she cut me SO BAD! I can't even put on shoes. I've never seen someone cut the sides of all the toe nails and my big toe she kept peeling my skin till I bled despite me telling her to stop many times (she didn't understand). I can't wear shoes, all my toes are cut. If I get ingrown nails I am going to be LIVID. I got deluxe pedicure and got zero massage or anything that was described. Oh on top of it I had to pay full price for it. Worst experience. I'm literally hurt and cannot believe this place is open. read more

I broke my nail and it left a small patch of skin and blood at the top of where my nail length begins, I came to Lotus and Jon took care of me. I was squirming because the nail burned so much from the tear, but Jon was extremely patient and nice about it. My one fixed nail also looks 50x better than the rest of my set I got done at a different salon!!! I have one fabulous thumb and 9 crazy other fingers. Sonny also provided AMAZING customer service and kept me smiling the entire time. I will be back next time I'm in town!! ***yes i need a new set anyways but I only had time to fix my one nail because it had just happened 20 minutes prior and immediately found the nearest salon read more

I love going to Lotus Nails Day Spa and now my daughters love going also. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly and caring - my girls always giggle and laugh. It's always a relaxing and happy experience. Most recently, I got pedicure and manicure service with Mei and wow - I didn't even know I had a few ingrown toenails but she did her magic, got them out and I didn't even feel any pain but so much relief right after. So grateful to her! Needless to say, my manicure is perfect. Mei takes time to perfect everything which I appreciate. Looking forward to getting my nails done again with Mei this weekend! read more

Awesome new place awesome people great services and they do Nex Gen nail systems which is the same as S N S. Don't let the former residents here stop you from trying this new spot. It's awesome and right now 25% off all services. Update reflects new rating. 10-2017 The Couple that are running the store are very unprofessional they have had arguments in front of customers and stormed out of the business while customers are being serviced. They also Did you not allow all of their employees their full potential in servicing the clients even when the clients request their services. I recommend you go over to Michelle nails on 192 and canoe creek near the rodeo diner and dollar tree and goodwill. Ask for Precious. read more

don't offer service if you won't finish it. I went in when the store open to get service done. I showed an example of the photo what I wanted. I am fully aware and understand that my finish product won't be identical to the photo I showed. but that doesn't give the owner Mary the right to just leave the customer there. Greed is what it is and she made it seem like she worked on my over 2 hours. You knew exactly how long it should take for the services requested. my nails were still not dry when I left. How do you expect to provide services to customers and do a poor job of communication. we will not be back and I will let family and friends know how you treat your customers. 1. you lie and say you use clean towels. but you don't. then when you were finished with my nails you changed chairs for the other customer. 2. you don't fully listen to what the customers on the phone or come in is requesting. So sad... My daughter don't like her nails either they were done badly and ugly. poor services all around.. that's not good... read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've been too, I've been getting my nails for for 20 years, Tim is very unprofessional, changes prices constantly, doesn't clean any of his tools between customers, always ignored any questions, lied about products, and always rude in his tone when he spoke to me. Please find a shop that is clean and is knowledgeable about their products read more

Best nail salon in the area, hands down! I've been coming here for years and always come back because of the good work. They have been through their share of management and staff changes, but that's all been sorted out. I definitely understand that sometimes it takes trial and error when running a business. The important thing is that they are dedicated to refining everything and making things better.. even if that means changing up the staff :) They recently went through a bunch of renovations too so it's a beautiful environment to come relax in. Tim, the owner, strives to make the experience great and is very personable and funny. I always looks forward to my visits here! read more

Worst nail job I've ever had. When I first arrived, a young guy got upset when I told him I wasn't getting gel color. So he dunked my hands in scalding hot water to remove my dip nails. I had to ask someone else to please change the water because it was hurting me. Then a young lady came to do my nails. I could tell they looked so bad. I asked her to fix certain parts And she refused to fix it and asked me if I'd ever had my nails done before. She said that this was the way they were supposed to look. Can't wait to remove them. $30 down the drain and the embarrassment of ugly nails. No wonder this place is always empty. read more

I was in town for a wedding and chose this nail salon based on location and reviews... what a horrible decision. I asked for a regular mani/pedi and Tony (older gentleman) did both my mani and pedi. He missed paint on my toenails and did not cut any cuticles from either my hands or feet. He smudged one of my fingernails, and when I pointed it out, told me it was "okay". He also did not use a towel under my hands while doing my mani and got cotton fibers on my freshly painted nails. When I pointed this out, he once again replied with "it's okay". I should have just purchased a $7 bottle of polish and done them myself. *edit: my sister had her mani/pedi with Tania (Hispanic woman) and had a great experience. She took her time, did a great job and was very nice. read more

let me start off by Saying I can't really agree with most of the bad reviews here because my first experience at Lotus was GREAT.. i arrived 30 mins before closing time on a Sunday for a full set and pedicure and they still gladly took me in.. Timt and his wife are very attentive to their customer needs, he understood I had bad experiences with other nail salons so he took his time to show me his work and which styles would be best for me. During my time there he made my partner & I feel super comfortable, he even stood after hours to finish my nails without even rushing and made sure I was satisfied with his work, needless to say I am very happy with my nails and I am happy to have found this Gem of a salon near home, thanks Timt! This place is SUPER unorganized. No management know how. You come in, sign a sheet but no one uses it. They also are individual contributors so they each only give a S@!# about their own customer.
