Joel is extremely consistent and punctual, showing up at the same time and day every week (this makes it easier for us to plan to have the dog inside when he comes). The pool chemistry has always been great under Joel's care and he has been extremely responsive on the few occasions I've asked him to check anything specific or had other questions for him. He's always available via phone, text, or email.

Giving one star for Ari and a second star only because they calmly and quietly agreed to refund our final month when we left their service (and paid about $400 for the new folks to fix all the disasters they created); it was the bare minimum of what they should have done, but they agreed quickly and so - second star for their person who made that decision.

It just turned out that way but what a fantastic experience with Daniel and his crew. I first reached out to Daniel over a year ago. Maybe it was even the fall of 2023. We just moved in to our home and it was our first pool, the previous server of the pool, which I think I did leave a review for, starts with an H ends with a Bs, decided to unfriendly drop the account when there was a change in ownership . I was incredibly fortunate to find Daniel and he came out right away met with me and of course took a look at our pool . Our pool is not new. It's not even Gen X. It's just a hair older than that but it's still an incredibly good condition for its age. I believe when Daniel first came out to service the pool it was already turning green without any chemical treatments . After just two or three visits initially, the pool was ready to use sparkling clean, blue and welcoming. They also service our hot tub, which at this point has outlived its useful life, but nonetheless, they've kept it clean . Well, they're only obligated to service the pool once a week they have come out multiple times as needed to get on top of a broken pump to keep the pool from going south. I can't recommend Deleon's service enough! They have been so good to me, they are reasonably priced, competitive, and you would be hard pressed to find an equal servicer at this value! If you are looking for someone to service your pool or spa, I can only highly recommend them. I place all my trust in them coming onto my property, respecting my privacy with an incredible level of responsibility. If they're not servicing your pool yet, I hope you'll have them out soon! At least four scheduled visits were missed, and in two cases I was nevertheless billed, necessitating a call to the office to get everything squared away. My pool sweep was slowing down and I was told it needed a new hose. I decided to take a look and turns out it just needed a five dollar connection piece. Finally, as can be seen in the photo, important maintenance items were overlooked. My new pool service company pulled out the filters and found the nastiest muck and growth imaginable. Evan installed a solar system to heat our pool in January 2022 that included roof panels, new energy efficient pump, pool filter and automated valve. I honestly didn't even get a second quote, because I know and trust that Evan wouldn't steer me wrong (or price gouge) and couldn't be happier with the results. We have never enjoyed the pool more, we can fine-tune the temperature to exactly what works best for us. Evan also went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to optimize our set up. Evan is a great example of a small business owner that cares about his clients, is willing to get his hands dirty, and brings years of experience and knowledge.
