Mel came with her assistant. They dove the pool, as well as, checked the perimeter of the pool with the sound device and then checked the pump area and filter for leaks. They fixed several small leaks. Stated thed would come back in a day or 2 to complete the repairs once they had the parts. On Monday I notified Mel the pool still had a leak, though less now. She stated they'd come out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, she came out as promised, installed the pump area parts, as well as, she redove the pool and found another couple of leaks.. Its now Thursday and it appears all leaks have been fixed. YaY! Thank you Mel.

He even ripped out my old skimmer box and installed a new one and his guys did outstanding concrete work around the replacement. Rich came out and took measurements and spoke with my husband about what was needed and what we wanted. We needed a new pool liner. We also wanted to convert over to salt. The quoted estimate was a very good price for all that was included. Our pool is 50 years old and they had to do a few repairs to the floor, walls and wall skimmer but Rich's crew took care of that after Rich was notified and he looked at what needed to be done. The process was incredibly efficient -- they dug the hole on day one and set the fiberglass shell on day two. Every employee is a specialist at their job, and we worked with Tom, Jon, and Aaron, who kept us informed every step of the way. When I noticed the pump wasn't the variable-speed model I wanted, I called the owner and he immediately agreed to upgrade it at no extra charge. After installation, they leveled my backyard so well that no additional grading was needed for landscaping. I hired a contractor who ultimately harmed multiple families financially (at least 4 families that we know of, for well over $100k), leaving behind unfinished work, exposed foundations, and unanswered questions. I was forced to take legal action, which is never fun and always costly. As everything unraveled, it became clear that this situation went far beyond poor project management - permits were tied to someone else's license, there were overlapping companies, and layers of deception that only became visible once the damage was already done. One moment I will never forget: this contractor stood in my backyard talking to me about "leaving a legacy" for his children - with his sons right there. After signing the contract and waiting months with no progress, my follow-ups were sometimes met with photos of extravagant vacations offered as explanations for the delays. At the time, I didn't fully process it. With the clarity that comes from time, those memories land very differently now. I can't say for certain, but if I were a betting woman, I would bet that he took multiple family's life savings and had a blast....then, of course, declared bankruptcy when things started to catch up to him. All of this happened while I was recovering from a spine injury. I was physically limited, emotionally exhausted, and trying to protect something I had worked my whole life to build. There were moments when I genuinely believed my home might be permanently compromised. A massive hole was dug, my foundation exposed, and then everything stopped. Equipment disappeared.
