Fast forward to the current problem that was caused by Pool Service Techs. When they first started servicing my pool the service person was doing an excellent job. My pool liner was in good condition with NO signs of fading. I started noticing the pool steps were slowing signs of algae and I contacted their office. The service person started cleaning these better and I then noticed there was fading of the blue pattern vinyl liner in front of the pool stairs. There was also fading of the blue pattern in some of the corners. Some of these blue patterns are now almost white. I contacted their office expressing this issue. About 1or 2 pasted and I got a lengthy email that pool liners fade about 10% per year. I then requested the owner to contact me. I received a lengthy email stating the same 10% deterioration per year and that pools with heavy organic material can cause deterioration. I requested a representative of Pool Service Techs to meet me at the pool site. No one ever did. Then I receive lengthy information about the fading of pool liners. I would have thought a responsible company would want to see the pool and determine if they thought there was any issues with how they were servicing the pool first. If Pool Service Techs. had visited the pool, they would have seen the fading is in selected corners. It starts and stops without gradually fading. This is not due to the sun of organic material. I then received a notice from Pool Service Techs. management that they will no longer service the pool. No notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more I am a reservist in the United States Army. I bought a house sight unseen while I was deployed overseas. Before I closed on the house, the previous owners disclosed to me that there was a leak in the pool and that I would need a new liner. My realtor recommended Premier Choice Pools to do an estimate to repair the leak. They did the estimate and I elected to go ahead with the purchase of the home and to use them to make the repairs. I am not from the area and did not know which was the best company to use so I put my faith in PCP because my realtor seemed to think they would do a good job. In November of 2021, I returned from my overseas deployment and went into contract with PCP. They replaced the liner and I was very pleased with how professional they seemed at the time, in spite of reading negative reviews and complaints on BBB. I initially gave them a glowing review myself. But then reality set in. Just a couple of weeks after the installation of the new liner, the pool was still leaking. They sent out a company to check for the leak and one of the employees of that company told me that the liner had been installed improperly. I reported this to PCP and they unabashedly denied that it was their fault but still agreed to pay for the leak detection service. They also told me over the phone in a recorded call that they would continue to work with me until the pool was fixed because they wanted to do right by me, even though they assured me it was not their fault. That being said, the edges of the liner also started to come out around that time. I was still focused on the leak and was working with them to try to get the leak stopped and figured I would address the corners once that issue was addressed. Eventually, the plan was to have PCP drain the pool and have another company seal the main drain where the leak appears to be coming from. PCP set up a date to do the installation and we were going to go from there. But then, they sent me an email telling me they had to cancel the installation because they were going out of business. I immediately began having other companies out to look at my pool to determine what next steps to take and ALL OF THESE COMPANIES told me that my pool liner was installed incorrectly and that PCP are the ones responsible for my leak and that I would have to have a new liner installed properly to stop the leak. PCP then sends me a text message out of nowhere asking if we were still on for them to come fix my leak. I was flabbergasted because they said they were going out of business but I decided to go ahead and see what they had to say but then they sent me a contact wanting me to pay more money and completely absolving them of any liability if anything were to go wrong and were STILL NOT GUARANTEEING to fix the underlying issue. I responded to their email telling them that they needed to do what is right and fix the leak and the edges of the liner. They then said they were taking me off of their schedule. I then updated my reviews on various sites with respect to the service because I do not want anyone else to be bamboozled as I was by this company. When they saw my reviews, they immediately emailed me threatening me that I needed to take down my reviews and my photos of my pool or they are going to sue me and put a lien on my property. Che Che even texted me last evening again asking me to take down my review and the photos. That is the kind of customer service you can expect if you hire Premier Choice Pools. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My husband and an employee ended up getting into a conversation about the previous owners of our home leaving an old Hayward pool pump and filter system here. Next thing you know, we left with pipes and parts needed to connect that pump to our pool. The following March, we were back there again, only this time it was to purchase a much bigger and better above ground pool from them. We opted for the 15ft x 30ft oval pool, 52" deep. They made the process easy, and within a month, our pool was installed and ready to go. It would have only been 2 weeks, but weather was consistently nasty and the date kept getting pushed back. They even make bundle packages to include decks, which we took advantage of. Since then, we've used them for products, free water testing, advice, and more. It's always a pleasure going to Spa and Tub, and the kids love getting to see all of the hot tub and pool displays when we go in. These guys (and ladies!) are always incredibly helpful teaching me how to keep my pool top notch and sparkling clean, and never try to sell us anything we don't need. I trust them 100%. If cleaning and maintaining your pool isn't your thing, they offer those services as well. Give them a call.

I'm not sure yet, because I haven't been able to use it. My backyard was a tricky install due to a very steep slope. Communication was severely lacking with the plan and install. Salesman didn't go over any install plans, just said an installer would get with me due to the install being unique. Our installer (Sean) was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The install requires 2 retaining walls, the First was done quickly to allow the pool install. The second one took 3 days of phone calls before someone showed up. Once they did arrive (after 5 pm) I had to leave and asked if I could just leave payment with them. Owner (Zeb) asked me to leave it in his truck. Opened his door and there were bottles of beer with condensation on them, obviously cold, so not only were they drinking while working on my property, but also driving. I was left with a huge gap between my house and retaining wall. When I called to see about someone returning to fill that in, I was told that was my responsibility unless I paid an additional $500 after I had already paid a total of $5700 for install and retaining walls. So, I spent a week after working my regular job outside with a shovel to fill in the gap so my foundation to my home wouldn't crack. I'm sure this review should have gone somewhere else, that Pool and Spa are simply selling a product and then done with it, but anyone reading this needs to be aware of what happens after you buy. Ask questions, be persistent and demand all steps in writing. I would buy a product from Pool and Spa but wouldn't recommend any work done by Zeb or Brown Construction.
