Ground water flooding your pool from the overflow due to faulty plumbing. The saddest part is I trusted this company and still after 7 months it took to build it, we are having problems? Just correct the problem right so you don't have to keep coming back! Disappointed customer! The pictures attached are the results of Pool Aid Services. He promised it would be ready for Mother's Day even though they ran into complications during the replacement of the liner. It seems we had more damage in the deep end then we were able to detect until the liner was removed. Some more $ and more repairs had to take place but Lee still kept his promise to have it ready for Mother's Day May 2017. It turned out beautiful and you can see all of the photos from the project posted here. I would recommend this business for pool repairs and replacement of pool liners.

They installed a new pump and rerouted some pipes. This has made our pool run more efficiently. We then scheduled a liner replacement with Pool Techs. They kept us informed as to when the liner would arrive and date of the installation. The techs did an excellent job with the installation of the liner. Fast forward to the current problem that was caused by Pool Service Techs. When they first started servicing my pool the service person was doing an excellent job. My pool liner was in good condition with NO signs of fading. I started noticing the pool steps were slowing signs of algae and I contacted their office. The service person started cleaning these better and I then noticed there was fading of the blue pattern vinyl liner in front of the pool stairs. There was also fading of the blue pattern in some of the corners. Some of these blue patterns are now almost white. I contacted their office expressing this issue. About 1or 2 pasted and I got a lengthy email that pool liners fade about 10% per year. I then requested the owner to contact me. I received a lengthy email stating the same 10% deterioration per year and that pools with heavy organic material can cause deterioration. I requested a representative of Pool Service Techs to meet me at the pool site. No one ever did. Then I receive lengthy information about the fading of pool liners. I would have thought a responsible company would want to see the pool and determine if they thought there was any issues with how they were servicing the pool first. If Pool Service Techs. had visited the pool, they would have seen the fading is in selected corners. It starts and stops without gradually fading. This is not due to the sun of organic material. I then received a notice from Pool Service Techs. management that they will no longer service the pool. No notice. These guys are phenomenal. We originally went to them for the first time a few years ago when we…read morehad a basic 15 ft round Walmart pool and needed help with a spare part for the pump. My husband and an employee ended up getting into a conversation about the previous owners of our home leaving an old Hayward pool pump and filter system here. Next thing you know, we left with pipes and parts needed to connect that pump to our pool. The following March, we were back there again, only this time it was to purchase a much bigger and better above ground pool from them. We opted for the 15ft x 30ft oval pool, 52" deep. They made the process easy, and within a month, our pool was installed and ready to go. It would have only been 2 weeks, but weather was consistently nasty and the date kept getting pushed back. They even make bundle packages to include decks, which we took advantage of. Since then, we've used them for products, free water testing, advice, and more. It's always a pleasure going to Spa and Tub, and the kids love getting to see all of the hot tub and pool displays when we go in. These guys (and ladies!) are always incredibly helpful teaching me how to keep my pool top notch and sparkling clean, and never try to sell us anything we don't need. I trust them 100%. If cleaning and maintaining your pool isn't your thing, they offer those services as well. Give them a call.

I'm not sure yet, because I haven't been able to use it. My backyard was a tricky install due to a very steep slope. Communication was severely lacking with the plan and install. Salesman didn't go over any install plans, just said an installer would get with me due to the install being unique. Our installer (Sean) was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The install requires 2 retaining walls, the First was done quickly to allow the pool install. The second one took 3 days of phone calls before someone showed up. Once they did arrive (after 5 pm) I had to leave and asked if I could just leave payment with them. Owner (Zeb) asked me to leave it in his truck. Opened his door and there were bottles of beer with condensation on them, obviously cold, so not only were they drinking while working on my property, but also driving. I was left with a huge gap between my house and retaining wall. When I called to see about someone returning to fill that in, I was told that was my responsibility unless I paid an additional $500 after I had already paid a total of $5700 for install and retaining walls. So, I spent a week after working my regular job outside with a shovel to fill in the gap so my foundation to my home wouldn't crack. I'm sure this review should have gone somewhere else, that Pool and Spa are simply selling a product and then done with it, but anyone reading this needs to be aware of what happens after you buy. Ask questions, be persistent and demand all steps in writing. I would buy a product from Pool and Spa but wouldn't recommend any work done by Zeb or Brown Construction.
