The decor was simple and the customer service was great. Since it was my first time, I complete the standard questionnaire; it's ok to touch here, not ok to touch there, etc. Once completed, I was offered a bottled water as I waited. I booked online and it was very easy, I arrived, as requested, a few minutes earlier to complete the new client form. Let's get to it I wish I had images of the room but if course, my phone died, ugh The room was cozy and the massage therapist, Mia was amazing. I requested lavender to fill the room during the massage and let me tell ya it was incredible. Mia did an amazing job and I slip off to sleep before I knew it. When she was finished, she gently let me know I could exit the room, at my leisure. There is no high pressure sales before or after to buy products or add upgrades to my service. I definitely, highly recommend Mia. Especially if it's your first massage, she makes you feel very comfortable and you will leave there feeling amazing. She focuses on the problem areas and it very easy going. After I settled the bill at the front desk, I was walking on sunshine. I called and they were about to close but the owner allowed me to come in the next morning an hour prior to them opening, which was amazing. Upon arrival, the place was spacious and very clean. My tech was cleaning the pedicure chair I was going to be using. His name was Si. He wore gloves and masks the whole time. I was able to get my pedi and gel mani in the same chair, thus not having to move around while the place got busier. Si was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He took his time and did not rush the process even though the place was getting busier. I am extremely happy with the service. For services they have a menu and you can choose your experience.
