Y'all, I am finally getting a new roof after Hurricane Sally tore through here Sept 11 2020!! My…read moreinsurance denied the damages and stalled all this time until I found a guy named Joshua Mobley with M&N Contracting Services LLC. This man stuck with me every step of the way by repeatedly documenting over and over again what the initial adjuster had (conveniently) overlooked and they would not send anyone else out to recheck the damages. Josh persisted with photos, measurements, and precisely worded emails until FINALLY they could no longer deny their shortcomings ( I'm being polite, they were criminal actually) and agreed to fulfil their obligations to honor my home owners insurance policy. Josh is as upstanding as the come! He returned phone calls, followed up when he said he would, came by when he said he would & did so on time every time! He has remarkable knowledge and an unrivaled skill set of dealing with insurance that is extraordinary! An outstanding man in business and outstanding as a person! I HIGHLY recommend him for any and all of your roofing & contstruction needs! Also, his crew that is doing the labor are exceptionally talented in their trade, polite, and are getting this done to a 10 out of 10 standard! Thank you Joshua Mobley & all of the M&N crew! Excellent 5 star rating!

However, he does substandard work and not responsible nor reliable at all. He doesn't have his address on his business card or Facebook page make it hard to find him. I hire him to replace a roof for my property and here is what other contractor report about his roof job. 1) vent boots not replaced... 2) ridge shingles are not done well and some are upside down 3) valleys are not woven well... 4) main roof shingles to hip ridges do not reach under ridge shingles... Ridges can be redone as is. However. In order to correct the valley weaves, those areas if if the main roof would have to be stripped... 5) tar paper to drip edge is not nailed or glued down. Also starter course not nailed out to drip cap. They did not use ice and water shield first 3' from drip edge of roof... And all this is at first inspection, at this point I'd wonder what other issues are underlying... Was at property today for gutter covers. Installed (4) vent covers out of five pvc vents. All 4 were exposed to weather... You'll notice some ridge covers aren't even nailed down. Also they used black shingles as well. There are other customer complain on the craigslist, saying "WARNING!
