We had almost decided not to do the work we wanted done, until Doug's proposal was above and beyond what we had received from others. Doug brought his crew out in advance to see the job, and make sure there weren't any questions. Doug's crew of Brad and Tommy started on time, and came all day every day (even working some weekends!) until the job was done. They were knowledgeable, professional, clean, neat and took an unbelievable amount of pride in their work. They brought things to our attention that we hadn't noticed and fixed them. Doug came appropriately to check on the work, and just make sure everything was being done correctly. The Re-Side crew were some of the very best workers anyone could hire. On the last day, when the county inspector came to sign off on the job, he said "This is one of the best jobs I have seen." That pretty much sums it up.
