They never sent me the text, or email, so I called them again and they gave me the same song and dance and I said if they did not help me after their negligent business dealings I would take my business elsewhere. The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.

I initially scheduled an appointment for after 3 PM on a Wednesday, which they confirmed via text--but they never showed up. The following week, I followed up, and they didn't even recall the conversation until I re-sent the text. I was then told someone would come by after 3:30 PM, even if the owner had to come personally. I rushed home to be available, but again, no one showed. When I called, I was told they were finishing another job and would arrive between 5-6 PM. That never happened either, and my follow-up texts were completely ignored.
