Poor management, horrible customer service, no reliably and untrustworthy. Nothing they promise follows through. Oh and for the wait the owner is taking $400 off the total bill, not even 4%. I have requested my deposit back. I have ZERO trust on this company or its employees. 2 other roofing's companies have told me I could have my new roof within 2 weeks, for $4000 less. Price around and everyone else is less, with shorter wait times.

We worked with them through the Strengthen Alabama Homes Grant Program and have no doubt we chose the right contractor to complete our new roof. Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated. Once we decided to move forward with them, we were on the schedule within a week and a half and the work itself was completed in a little over one day. The team that did the installation was courteous and respectful of our home, taking care of our property as if it was theirs. The whole interaction with the employees from start to finish reflected professional and solid knowledge of procedures and requirements. Our roof looks great! The roof crew spent a great deal of time cleaning up all debris to make sure to get all nails, old roofing material, and scrap cleaned up. Two supervisors actually showed up the next day to double check the area and check for any debris. We would highly recommend Foster Contracting to anyone needing a new fortified roof. The old gutters were put under our deck. We ended up throwing them away. They didn't replace the gutters, had to call many times for this. THEN THE ROOF LEAKED. THEY BLAMED US until they realized we haven't paid yet. but if my husband didn't know construction they would not have fixed it. My husband had to tell them what was wrong! Then to actually get them out to fix it took forever. During this time they were asking for payment and threatening putting alien on our house. Months later it was fixed but the ceiling inside our house needed paint from the leaks. my husband finally did it! it's been 14 months and they just sent us another bill. AVOID THIS COMPANY
