They came out the next business day and took care of it. It also cost less than I thought it would. The last time we used them, we had a clogged toilet. The last experience was very bad. I ordered leak detection. Cost was $300. They found the leak. I paid to have it repaired $1500. However, the plumbers caped the wrong line and I still had a leak. I called and they suggested that it was a new leak and that I should replumb the entire house, which would cost over $10,000. I called American leak detection, they charged $300 to come out and found the original leak still running. I paid them $2000 to repair it. I did call Roto Rooter and they admitted the mistake and refunded the $1500. They did not refund the leak detection (so I ended up paying 2 companies for that) In the end. The leak was fixed, however, Roto -Rooter capped the line to my sinks and I had to pay another plumber $650 to make the repair from their error. I have had a rough couple of months with the water but hopefully things are all better now. It was a very bad experince and it could have costed me much much money if I would have taken thier advice.

He got me set up with a temporary fix so I could make it till Monday morning when he could get the parts to replace the pump and controller. He showed up on Monday morning and replaced the pump during a rain storm. I do have to admit the cost was more than I was quoted by some other companies for a replacement system but it was with the same (Taiwanese ) pump that only lasted 4.5 years. The replacement (keen) pumps was made in the USA and has a good reputation for quality pumps. Also, this system has replaceable components in the control box so I felt it was a higher quality system and paid the extra cost in the hope that it will last longer than the original.
