We are renting a condo on Perdito Key and encountered two plumbing issues. One, a toilet needed a whole new mechanism and a new pipe from the floor. The other problem, a leaky whirlpool faucet. The mgmt company sent a handyman and although attempted, could not solve either problem. After a day without water, Stresmlined Plumbing was sent for the repair. The toilet was repaired in about 10 minutes. A new cartridge for the whirlpool faucet is expected tomorrow and we have an appointment to have that repair completed around noon.
