Kerby Custom Renovations has completed two projects for us. We had a master bathroom remodeled...old tub removed, replaced with a new walk-in shower; and new tile on bathroom floor. All of the staff and the construction crew were friendly and easy to work with. They were all so attentive to details, professional in their communication and interactions, and respectful of our home. They used protective covers on our floors and cleaned up everyday before they left. The job was done quickly and at the end of each day, the project manager would check in with us to make sure everything was going good, to inform us of where they would be working in the house next, and to ask for feedback on the work so far. Had Kerby come and give us a quote to remodel the shower/tub area of our bathroom. They arrived on time, walked thru the project with us and within a few days they provided the quote. Their quote was almost 50% less than the other quote we got and the seemed much more professional with their questions, comments and suggestions about our project than the other contractor was. We were quite impressed! At the scheduled time the workmen showed up and proceeded to come every day to work on the project. The guys were courteous, friendly, helpful with suggestions and questions and we were very comfortable working with them. Three and a half weeks after start date out new bath was complete and exactly what we wanted. The workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased with the end product. We had mold in our shower!! Kerby Customs came and gave me an estimate! When they opened the wall, there was only 1 foot of cement board all around the bottom! I bet the original owner didn't know that! Justin Brennan and Cole Kerby came in and made me so happy!! We now have a beautiful large shower and bench!! We didn't need the garden tub anymore!! And it's handicap accessible for the next people!! I'm so happy with it, I'm asking for more estimates for my other bathroom and kitchen! They are very personable and caring!!
