They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. Had another company out here for a different issue shortly after my pump was installed and he told me he'd been here before for the previous owners and replaced the pump for them. I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. Avoiding me only shows me that they know they aren't doing right by their customers. Negative stars for quality. Negative stars for customer support and negative stars for outrageous cost.
