This system cost me over 6k and since then I've had numerous people tell me I could have had it done for 3k less. That's on me. However... The thing stopped working 3 times within the first month and a half and I asked several times for a written warranty and also a breakdown of my charges, which no one will provide. I've requested a call back from the owner twice, who has not called me at all and it's now June. What a surprise. Had another company out here for a different issue shortly after my pump was installed and he told me he'd been here before for the previous owners and replaced the pump for them. I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. Avoiding me only shows me that they know they aren't doing right by their customers. Negative stars for quality. Negative stars for customer support and negative stars for outrageous cost.

I was not happy with the plumber that was sent to my house (I think his name was Major). The order…read morewas to snake the sewer line in the back yard and the laundry room line. The plumber came and looked at the lines, however, instead of snaking the backyard sewer line, he attempted to clear it by running the garden hose down it. This only succeeded in flooding my kitchen with sewage. When I informed him of this, he turned off the water and snaked the line, like he should have to begin with. He never apologized for all sewage that was now in my kitchen that I had to clean up. He looked at my laundry room, but did nothing. He told me that clearing the back line was good enough. I called my husband to tell him all this. The person he talked to was appologetic and helpful. They called the plumber back and told him that he needed to come back and do the laundry room drain as per the original order. The plumber called my husband and refused to come out, saying that what he did was good enough. (we were only charged for the one drain) Our laundry room still does not drain. I am hoping they will send a different plumber out Monday to do the laundry room line at no extra charge. Just an update. They did send out a new tech at no charge. This guy was much better all the way around. His name is Jeff. So if you call Adams, ask for Jeff. I gave two extra stars for his service. Had he been the one to come out the first time, I would likely have given this company a five star rating.
