Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. He charged me more than the quote, but I figured it had taken more time. He said he would send a receipt but never did. Home Depot contacted the owner and gave him 24 hours to get in touch with me. He never did. The icemaker won't stop making ice, so now I don't know if the problem is the new icemaker or if it was installed incorrectly. Apparently, the owner has still not responded to Home Depot.

The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas. I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.

But I did have another job I had been putting off for some time and they switch gears and perform the install fast and clean. You want a business that puts the customer first. Then William's plumbing are the people to go to. For got to say that the time they said they would arrive is the time they were ringing my doorbell. None of this between 12 - 6 pm stuff.
